Unity Boxing

Unity Boxing Club consists of six coaches (all of which offer something for everyone) - head coach Ajmal Butt (qualified level 2 amateur and professional coach), and fully trained coaches Shaun Tate, Lyon Woodstock, Paige Murney, Jamil Butt, and Lewis Martin.

SCHEDULE -
Monday:
• 6: 30pm - 7: 30pm (8 - 15 year old beginners)
• 7: 30pm - 8: 30pm (Adult beginners)

Tuesday:
• 6: 30pm - 8: 30pm (Registered boxers only)

Wednesday:
• 6: 30pm - 7: 30pm (8 - 15 year old beginners)
• 7: 30pm - 8: 30pm (Adult beginners)

Thursday:
• 5: 15pm - 6: 15pm (Female only class with female coach Paige Murney)
• 6: 30pm - 8: 30pm (Registered boxers only)

Friday:
• 6: 00pm - 7: 00pm (Adult beginners)
• 7: 00pm - 8: 00pm (Registered 8 - 15 year old boxers only)

Saturday:
• 12: 00am - 1: 00pm (8 - 15 year olds)
• 1: 00pm - 2: 30pm (Registered boxers only)

Sunday:
• 12: 00am - 1: 00pm (Adult beginners)
• 1: 00pm - 2: 00pm (Childrens /beginners introductory class)
• 3: 00pm - 4: 00pm (Female only class with female coach Paige Murney - any age or experience)
