... A day of talks and workshops aimed at PhD students and researchers using or interested in video-reflexive ethnography (VRE). Sessions include welcome and introduction to VRE by Tom Furniss (University of Leicester), the polypharmacy challenge: optimising medicines in primary care for older people by Deborah Swinglehurst and Nina Fudge (Queen Mary, London) and safety and Inter/Intra professional communication in AMU by Suzanne Grant (Dundee University).

Our Doctoral College Events Officer recently took part in the Know Your Numbers check and recommends it!
Open to Staff and Postgraduate Researchers, this is a joint event with Occupational Health and the Sports Centre where staff could have their blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, body fat analysis and weight measured in order to help manage ‘your numbers’.
Due to popular demand, 'Know Your Numbers' is back for 2018 with a Know Your Numbers Week - 10th to 15th September 2...018.
