We had both the main bathroom and ensuite done by vanquish. We are very pleased with both, top quality job, very professional. Thanks to Lee and his team.

Vanquish Bathrooms supplied and fitted our bathroom for us. It was totally gutted and built from scratch. They were really helpful in trying to accommodate our vision and managing us through our expectations of the costs involved having never done this before. Throughout the process the team that were working on the bathroom were really willing to accommodate the small details that were important to me and helped me to understand why other things needed to be done or couldn’t be done without additional cost and complication. I really appreciated their no-fuss approach and honesty throughout the process, it was a refreshing change to other companies we had spoken to or have done work for us in the past.

So my husband and I had been thinking about replacing our very dated and rather damaged bathroom for the past three years but could never really settle on anything we liked. I came across Vanquish on FB early last year, liked their work, and finally popped into their showroom in November.

Right from the start we were made very welcome by Lee and his wife. There was no hard sell...just friendly, informative advice. The showroom is beautifully set up with a variety of displays which is useful when trying to decide on tiles/flooring etc. Lee really listened to our ideas, offered up solutions to problems, and was politely mindful of our budget. We arranged for him to pop round later in the day to have a look at our bathroom to take some measurements, and we came away with some lovely brochures to assist us with our choices.

It was obvious to us that we were in safe hands and so we decided to go ahead with booking the team for January.

Throughout the couple of weeks it took to do the work we were kept completely informed of who was coming, when they were coming, and what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble, and problems were soon overcome. When one of our tile orders was delayed, Lee offered us the option of choosing any other tiles at no extra expense. Also when we changed our minds on the flooring with only a week to go, he sorted it for us with absolutely no fuss.

We really couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone involved and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for hard work, and for putting up with the dogs and my awful tea!
