just started on my son's T4 (1999) 2.5L, he's only had it 6 months. he's gone back to steel wheels etc . and starting with a bare interior to fit out to travel /photography. we've only had a few bits so far and are impressed with all your services ...telephones, parts and delivery have been great, I know VEE DUBS will be our first port of call in the coming months. thanks again.

Big thanks to Ollie for supplying a replacement arm rest cover for one with faulty stitching, superb customer service.

For any one undecided about covers Vs reupholstering, these are definitely worth the money for covers, the quality and fit is superb.

They take a little time to fit but that in itself means that they are a really good fit, the hardest thing are the armrests which take a fair bit of wrangling to get them zipped up but I used a keychain with loop on the zip for extra pulling and prodded the arm rest in as i pulled the zip closed, saved a lot of fiddly work in an awkward area.

the seat covers where a breeze to fit and tucked around the base really well, the only issue I had was because my drivers seat has a lumbar adjuster and it made the zip on that side really hard to do up but once done it was fine, just can't adjust lumbar now.

Thanks Vee Dub for getting these in I can't recommend them highly enough 5 star customer service too. (y) (y)

I purchased a badgeless grill from them the first one came damaged I emailed veedub who replied straight away and promised to send replacement next day that came damaged so I rang and spoke to there sales team who were very helpful and understanding and replaced that .I felt that they were very professional and helpful..I will use them no problem. .keep up the good work. .Thanks..

Hi I was lucky enough to win the 10,000 like competition and I got vectors side bars in black ive had them on my van for month now and not even scratched yet good quality and easy to fit .I also got seat covers in orange to match my van they are a good tight fit and look good .and I got a full curtain set they are amazing blocks out any early morning sunlight

Bought a full set of 6 windown to convert my van. Good secure delivery, plenty of fixing kit for windows etc



Only bit of feedback would be to offer the 17mm trim and that the drivers opener window is slight smaller than the fixed rear quarter window

Having orders Windows successfully and happy I ordered roof rails which arrived but lightweight and only able to take 20kg in weight, advised they were cosmetic and could return.

Returned item which is a drawn out process and advised to wait up to 30 days for item to be checked??

Not sure how any business can dispatch in 24 hours but take 30 days on return.

Waiting on refund currently only advise I can give double check your item is exactly what you require since returning is a nightmare.

I would advise against purchasing the Black Roof Rails as mine have discoloured and cracked after water ingress in only 8 months. The actual issues started before then but when drawing Veeddub'ss attention to it this week, their response - " ..unfortunately we cannot do anything for you as we do not offer a warranty on this product and they are now 8 months old.."



Lesson learnt.



I cannot comment on other products they sell, but I would avoid buying products at cheaper prices from companies such as this and spend a bit more on quality products you know will last.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reply to your accusations you posted on eBay, so decided to do it this way! First of all I didn't need to follow instructions as the rubbish you sent me never went anywhere near my van! I opened the box, unrolled the bras then rolled them back up again as the print quality was totally sub-standard, which is the reason I sent them back, nothing to do with them being damaged! It's a shame you felt the need to resort to underhand tactics and name calling ie calling me incompetent! I notice you use this word quite a lot in answering anyone who dares to give you negative feedback! Just as a point of interest I didn't blame you for anything and was quite happy to give you the benefit of the doubt that you had been sent a faulty batch and would sort it out! Curtain set purchased for T5- barn door curtains are of poor fitment, blackout cab dividers don't cover the whole cab area so aren't actually blackout (couple of inches short of the floor so light comes in the area it is meant to black out!!)



Returned the set of curtains purchased, only got refund for the barn door set and the cab divider I complained about. Despite returning the full set as purchased they deny expecting or receiving the full set. They have received the return parcel as they have refunded for part of it so they must have received the rest of the return!! Who would want to keep part of a set of curtains that don't match? Purchased as a set, returned as a set, £86 + postage out of pocket - be warned.

Ordered some t5.1 indicator surrounds off e bay and u quessed it they were wrong they were flat steel not even been pressed. Sent item back 2 weeks on still waiting for my refund avoid this company very bad customer service

Ordered myself some black drl headlights for my T4 too make my van look smart..Now Less than two years old, one of the LED strip has stopped working. This is what iv been told by Ollie in customer services..



''For the whole led unit to fail it does sound like a resistor issue this is located inside the light unit and can be reached using long nose pliers, with regards to a replacement of the lights this will not be possible because they only come with a 1 year warranty.



Looks like the problems is mine to fix..... Great.

Not very good. Poor attitude, damaged products, and lack of respect for the customer. The delivery company they use could not deliver on time, they damaged the goods then ignored my complaints and said the complaint was not sent when I pointed this out. Not the best company that Ive dealt with before. When i tried to install windows 5 months after receiving. i removed plastic film and found corners were damaged likely during the attempt to deliver. I rang and they would not give me a refund, discount or even an apology. Complete waste of money.

Matt black side bars less than 2 year old and have rusted extremely quickly. Very poor quality and as they are only guaranteed for 12 months they will not replace or even offer a new set at a discount. They say it rare for this to happen but the forums are full of other experiencing the same. Buy from else were where they make these products from stainless steel and powder coating.
