One for the veggie box!

Really enjoyed my first box from Veggies Galour. We liked that there were small amounts of lots of different items, suited us perfectly. It made me try a couple of things that I wouldn't normally buy and I loved them!

Just made the roots minestrone soup recipe from this weeks veggie box..... Tastes and smells amazing.... Can't wait for lunch.
