This week Brunel University London published research that First Generation university students are inspiring younger siblings to realise their own potential. Our Scholar Gavin has a ten-year-old sister, who hears her brother talk about the amazing things he's doing through Villiers Park and his plans to go to uni. She's now much more focused at school, because she wants to be like him!

We went behind the scenes (the studio is not as big as it looks!) and found out about the interview process and what stories make the news. All part of the BBC’s 50:50 project to get equal numbers of men and women on our screens.
