They are looking to interview several people about their fear and how it has affected their lives. Filming will take place in one of our 737 flight simulators. We went as a birthday present for our 16 year old son. We went to Sywell and my son had a ball flying a Boeing 737. Neil was the instructor and he was great. My son flew us in and out of Los Angeles and then on to Kai Tak airport in Hong Kong. Perfect take offs and landings!!

We booked this for my 12 year old daughter who i obsessed with everything to do with planes. I was a little concerned as she can be a little shy in new situations. Her instructor Stuart but her at ease asking what she did and didn't know about actually flying before heading into the stimulator. As she walked in she had one of the biggest grins on her face only beaten by the one she had when she walked out. Can't reccomend this enough. Thanks for making my daughters year!!

Visited the Shoreham simulator today and wish i had booked more time. Instructor was a legend and put me completely at ease. Time flew by... I've never had an experience day before and this has set the bar so high. Love watching air crash investigation and the Instructor knew them all. Cant wait to come back. Maybe a loyalty scheme would be a good idea, given the costs?

Purchased as a birthday gift for my husband. Was great fun just watching. I'd say the gift was a hit. Here's what he had to say...



"Today I was lucky enough to enjoy a "60 MINUTE FLIGHT SIMULATOR EXPERIENCE" at Virtual Aerospace using the 737NG flight simulator in Shoreham.



My First Officer for the day was Shahid Sharif and the first thing I want to say as a complete novice is that I was very apprehensive that the sheer volume of cockpit controls could be so overwhelming that I may not enjoy it. However, I am pleased to report that from the word go it was clear that these guys really, really know what they are doing - they know how to make you feel at ease, and how to calibrate your level (or absence) of experience such that you are able to take on as much of the control as you want. Most of all, they know how to ensure that you enjoy the very realistic experience.



After basic orientation I was in the Captain's chair taxing for take-off at London Gatwick Airport, practising landings at London's Heathrow and City Airports. Later I was able to navigate to and land at my selected airport "Norman Manley International Airport" Kingston Jamaica in a tropical storm!



A few things worthy of note:

1-The crew - Shahid and Jonathan were very clearly enthusiasts (as well as real pilots) and were able to instruct in a manner which felt both fun and realistic

2-The simulator - the sense of motion was incredible for the static (non-hydraulic) simulator - I did not expect that and it was quite simply fantastic

3-The simulator and crew were very accommodating; I had one cockpit guest and there was room for 2-3 guests observers just outside the main cockpit.



I cannot recommend this enough. This is not an experience just for aircraft enthusiasts, I'd say it's the sort of experience that creates aircraft enthusiasts!!!"

My wife got me a 60 minute experience with these guys which I finally got round to doing today. Neil was my wingman for the day and I have to say he is a legend. Made me feel at ease from the start as I was nervous considering my only flight experience is PC simulators. I quite like a challenge and Neil certainly gave me some very challenging landings to deal with.



I had an absolute blast and it's honestly got me thinking about my future career as this is something that I've dreamed of doing so I will definitely be looking at what I can do going forward.



Will definitely be visiting you guys again, and I would recommend you guys to anyone for a absolutely fantastic experience!

I had an amazing 90 minute 737 session at Hangar 4,Shoreham-On-Sea this weekend. Didn't quite know what to expect, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience thanks to my first officer Joe who took some (not all) the pressure off the flying. Although the simulator is fixed base, the cockpit instruments and control response are 100% genuine. I only found out on the day there is an opportunity (for £25) to have the session recorded to dvd. I'm so glad I did this so I could share it with my family. I'm hooked and will be going back for sure.

I had an absolutely fantastic time in the A320 simulator at Burgess Hill. Many thanks to Shahid Sharif who was the instructor for the session and enabled me to fulfil a little dream of mine. We flew from Liverpool to Manchester, Porto Santo to Madeira then finished with a manual visual landing at night into Los Angeles. Along the way Shahid explained how everything worked in a clear way whilst also acting as co pilot. I cannot wait to have another go. Thank You.

I bought it for my husband for our wedding anniversary. And it was a great day. Would recommend it for any age. The instructor was a lovely and very helpful. Sorry I forgot his name .

Had an absolutely fantastic morning with Neil showing me around the controls for 90 minutes. My second visit to the sim and the new graphics and sound package is much better. Thanks again!

Had an absolutely amazing 2hrs in the fixed base 737 simulator up in Gloucester today with Chief Instructor Simon. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and an incredibly friendly instructor. Time just 'flew by' while I was flying the jet. I got to control the aircraft during a number of take-offs & landings in all sorts of weird & wild weather conditions (even simulated a failure or two to add a bit of difficulty). Even though it's fixed base in Gloucester, you do think you are really flying - banking, climbing, descending and they can set you up to fly into or out of pretty much any airport in the world in any type of weather, day or night, and can trigger faults/failures if you so wish.

Being the newest addition to the company, they haven't got the HD cameras fitted in the cockpit to record your time there from 3 separate angles...yet. I've been told that they will be installed very soon. No issue though as I took my Go-Pro and got some fairly good footage.

If you've ever thought about flying a big jet, give Virtual Aerospace a try. Prices are really good when compared to some of the other companies out there.

I most certainly will be going back and will have a try on one of their full-motion simulators at some point too.

Great experience at the Manchester Sim, Andrew was very professional, from start to finish. Had a great plan set out and i wanted to try out Innsbruck. Great knowledge and felt great learning to fly, felt at ease and all things explained. Will be returning for another visit in the future. Fantastic experience, so fascinating watching my husband take off and fly around the Alps and land again. The virtual images are easy to immerse yourself in. Instructions are support are clear and seem to have some level of tailoring to how well a person is picking up all of the aircraft handling. Looking forward to booking more. We also booked a video of the flight which gives you 20%discount on the next one so well worth it.

Excellent ,.. so real my heart rate was climbing as fast as the 737 and cooled off enough to make safe but bumpy landing back at Heathrow .. will have to do it again and I definitely recommend the experience.

Despite not really knowing what to expect, I found the experience immersive, if you are expecting a Multi Million pound simulator experience, you probably should be asking yourself why you are not paying thousands of pounds for your trip? If you can get around that fact ok, go into it with an open mind, you will feel like you are actually flying anyway, so the end result is a good one, I found the instructor and the Lady on reception helpful and friendly. All in all, highly recommend it.

Bought this for my husband as a Xmas pressie. For someone with no experience but who always wanted to fly I wondered how he'd cope, but have to say the whole process from start to finish was amazing. Our instructor put him at ease and was amazing, he's now talking about wanting to train to be a pilot!!!!! Can't recommend this experience highly enough.

Bought my son a 2 hour experience in a Boeing 737 NG. Mark the instructor was brilliant - he made it an absolutely awesome experience for him. Will be back for more

Fantastic hour well spent. Took off from Corfu and landed at Hong Kong. Excellent experience I would highly recommend it.
