Brilliant location, love Ben and Jerry' s, free parking and really friendly staff and cheaper tickets on Mondays. What more do u need?.

We have always loved the Vue cinerma as it has many advantages to going to cine world for us its nearer and we like the facilities but with the change to the car parking it will make us think twice as since Xmas we have not been to a film that hasn't taken us over the 3 hours with all the ad's and getting there in time to get tickets

User

We had the vip seats which were nice. But yes the parking is a bit confusing. You had to put your registration into the tablets inside which didn't work very well and if you are over 3 hours due to film length you still end up paying. Even the town centre car parks are free after 6 I think. Cineworld must be loving this decision.

Very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff

User

Very quiet hardley any people there. Only 9 people in the theatre to watch Sades of Grey Freed and at 8.30pm when we came out the foyer was empty. Very strange for a Friday night. Cinema was great nice seating and film sound quality was brilliant.

User

Snacks expensive and high calorie so didn't buy, seats comfortable, enjoyed the film and the trailers for films I'd like to see but hate the ads and the final loud blast of noise before the film starts, will b back tho

User

Overall good experience, food prices are ridiculous though. It cost more than the tickets!

Not sure what the gripes over parking are. So long as you are under 3 hours it’s free. All cinema food is a rip off. That’s just the way it is. Don’t buy it if you don’t want to. So. Cineworld. Always busy, they leave the lights on during the movie, seats are uncomfortable and the sound isn’t great. Getting to it and parking is easy so long as the rugby and/football isn’t on. Vue. A little more pricy and not as easy to get to. Sony 4K, excellent Dolby 6.1 surround sound, reclining seats and they turn the lights off. If it’s a cheap kids movie then I’ll take them to Cineworld. If it’s a major movie event for myself and my eldest two. It’s Vue hands down.

User

Brilliant value on a Monday with a code. Usually not too rammed with folk. Great, friendly staff. Loos often don't hav e loo roll though 😩

User

food and drink price was a bit steep paying for parking was a joke who ever came up with that idea needs shooting pay and display is so much easier on the plus side the VIP seating fantastic definitely do that again and the last Jedi was just epic

User

Not happy with cost of parking was 4 mins over 3 hrs free parking due to length of the film. Had to pay £3.60 for parking was expecting to maybe pay a little but not for a 4 hr ticket.

User

Didn't mind paying a little more for Vue as quieter, good seats and easy parking.

Think refreshments are too expensive and now parking charges!! I understand parking probably owned by another company who felt they missed out on revenue but I suspect they have just sealed your fate..... too expensive to come now..... Sixfields will be used more! Shame.

We had to pay £1.20 for 7 mins over the 3hrs.... took us that time to get out from Screen 10 and join the queue to check parking. It was better when you validated your ticket!!!

User

Comfortable seats and film experience. But loo roll run out in most cubicles; the Ben & Jerrys icecream should be fab but it was disappointing - no hot fudge sauce, just a bit of cold sauce that they struggled to get out of the squeeze bottle. Staff training seemed lacking

User

Always nice to go to the cinema but the seats are uncomfortable and the place needs a good clean!

User

No heat in cinema 9. We sat with coats round us. The film was great shame we shivered the whole way through

User

It was soooo cold in there last night that I couldn’t even concentrate on the film, dreadful

User

Extremely expensive considering how tiny and low quality it was. Dirty, uncomfortable and parking is an absolute joke - the price of the film alone was extortion, paying to park afterwards was just adding insult to injury.

User

Popcorn stale, not sweet enough, drinks and popcorn deals expensive, we watched pitch perfect, left for an hour or so and went back to watch another film, first film free parking second film had to pay as new system only gives you free parking once a day WTF will be going cineworld from now on, cheaper tickets, FREE parking and decent popcorn and better deals. Also put the air con on during film freezing cold. No toilet roll.
