Happy Friday all, We are ready here for another lovely sunny weekend, after lots of thought we have decided that we are going to close one day a week and we are going to fall in line with a few other shops and close on a Thursday as of next week. ~ Looking After Yourself ~ My aim for monthly workshops are now well on their way, and Im so happy that I can share my little space with others. Im very open about my struggles and I hope to encourage others that have similar struggles and bad days to get envolved with our workshops, each workshop is planned by me to promote positive well being and creativity. We have Wild & Green here nearly every month working with flowers and natural resources in her calming sessions, we also have Hazel Hardie here on 13th July to introduce us to her work with managing anxiety and stress in her mindfullness workshop. ~ Summer Wreath Workshop ~ After a fantastic weekend of Wedding Flower Workshops I now am very excited for our next one that is this weekend coming on Saturday 6th July, very lucky to have Alex back again so soon!! ~ DIY Wedding Flower Workshop ~ So today was our second part of our wedding flower workshop with Wild & green, creating some utterly gorgeous Button Holes, Arrangements and Planters using all homegrown or UK flowers 🌺 Each creation completely unique and each flower having a different meaning relating to love! Alex will be back again on Saturday 6th July to create Summer Wreaths, we still have spaces left so send me a message if you would like to join us! ~ New In ~ Well what a fantastic Saturday it's been, We have had a brilliant morning creating Bridal Bouquets 💐 We also took a delivery from our favourite young artist Lucy Melrose, which included these beautiful light blue/ grey Highland Cow Cushions and Coasters! ~ Recent Commission ~ We thought we would show you all this bench we have been working away on recently, it's been recovered in a French Grey Linen on top to contrast a Hare Pattern Fabric with studding detail. ~ New In ~ We are busy getting ready for Arnside and Silverdale Art Trail as well as our two workshops with Wild & green this weekend! It's set to be a busy one, these beautiful pieces have join us for the art trail, they have been created by Sarah Livingstone Ceramics, she also works wonders with glass! They are a beautiful combination of handmade glass and hand engineered Oak, mimicking our gorgeous coastline here in Arnside. ~ Arnside Art Trail ~ Starting tomorrow afternoon its the yearly village art trail, its full of such talented artists and its set to be a beautiful weekend too! We have catalogues for sale in the shop, hope to see you all over the weekend, Love Lea x

~ Change in Opening Hours ~ Evening all, due to expected changes we will be altering our opening hours, however we didnt want to close any days as we love offering our customers 7 days a week to shop with us, so on Tuesdays and Thursdays we will be opening a little later at 12pm. On Saturdays and Sundays through the summer we will now try and stay open until at least 4pm too, Leanne will be in the shop everyday so please pop in and say hi, she loves a good natter! Love Lea x
