Fab at making cocktails! Massive thanks to carol for all the help too thanks for everything xx

User

Fantastic! Great atmosphere and brilliant staff! First Saturday night open since the refurb and its stunning! Pool tables upstairs if u want a more chilled night and drinks and craziness downstairs! Perfect mix!

User

Best place to go on a Saturday night. DJ plays great music to go with the vibe of the crowd.

Reasonably priced drinks and also do some great food!

User

When you have your first bundy and coke all your memories of holidays in Oz come flooding back .

On the downside when the bartenders are sitting eating KFC's in plain view of the public isn't what i would want if i run the bar especailly you're suppose to be selling food yourself .

The prices are a little expensive . Having your deals Mon to Fri is no good to people who work Mon to Fri . There were a hand full of people in the bar yet over the road with cheaper deals it was packed out . What does that tell you.

User

Great atmosphere good music and reasonable drink priced

User

We arrived last night with a booking to be told they had no record of our booking they eventually found our booking so we sat down but then we went to order food and the tills were all showing wrong prices we got over that problem but then the service behind the bar was terrible taking over 15 minutes to get served we ended up leaving in the end as the service was so bad

User

Had to leave after one drink due to the awful smell of exhaust fumes from the heating system. Eyes were stinging and the fumes were affecting my throat! Not a great experience

User

What a joke 2 people serving on a bank holiday and when a liverpool match is on 10 mins for each drink. Ordered a walkabout platter not available again same as last time a match was on. So went for a meal instead and guess what not available disappointing seen as its only 5 at night. Wetherspoons all the way

User

Possibly the worst meal we’ve ever had!! First of all our starter and main arrived at the same time although we didn’t see this explained anywhere. Then what arrived could only be described as absolute rubbish!! The chicken was disgusting so dried out it was completely inedible then a member of staff asked in the passing “everything all right” to which we replied no!! Only to be offered a 25% off voucher next visit.. This was declined as the experience has put us completely off. For such a popular place it’s completely disgusting the whole place needs an overhaul

User

Only one person serving on bar waited ages to be served. Ordered food there were six of us the burgers were all burned sent them back were given a drink each while waiting for food to be redone. We saw food waiting to be brought to us sat for 5 min so I went and asked if it was our food that was sitting they brought us it but we had to return it again as cold they gave us a refund. Would not go again

User

Just come into here it’s freezing cold and have had a pint of Guinness served in a plastic cup even though others have proper glasses! When I asked why the reply was ‘ they have asked us to do it tonight’ even though my drink is in a ‘glass’ and almost everyone else is being served in proper glasses!! At £10 for 2 drinks I don’t expect a plastic pot!!!

User

It's a shame to give this place such a rating; the refurbishment looks amazing! The bar itself is a wonderful place to come - what let's this place down is the hygiene. Myself and my friends came here on Tuesday for a few drinks and a bite to eat (food was lovely); unfortunately the male toilets were an absolute disgrace - infested with flies and the smell was appalling - we mentioned this to the manager on shift and she said she would sort it and was very apologetic. We have come back in tonight and the problem has not been resolved but has intact got worse!! The smell is enough to make you sick. We will not be coming back any time soon.

User

Had a good night until the the really rude bouncers got physical for no reason and started swearing was uncalled for, I won't be back again just another example of people misusing their authority

User

Food was absolutely disgusting, after going to order several meals which weren't available when on a bank holiday you would of thought they would of stocked up no steak no fish no veggie burger so opted foe the hunters chicken no BBQ sauce bacon not cooked chicken cremated it was awful, my husband ordered the steak pie and mash it was still frozen in the middle with red hot mash and peas on top he took it back and after 20 min got another pie with the same mash and peas 😡Worst meal ever told the staff but they wornt interested will not be goin back, all these bad reviews as far back as August it's about time you did something about this what's the point of giving you feed back if you don't act on it SHAME on you !!!!!!!!!
