We had our works summer party at Walkabout last night and it was one of the best parties we’ve had and this was all down to Nichole who was hosting and sorted out the evening for us, she really made our team feel welcome and considering coming again for our Christmas party and hopefully will get Nichole to host again. Once again thanks to Walkabout and Nichole, great asset to your team

Great place for food in the day and love drinking here on a night out, great cheap deals for students and fab music from djs Rich, Tango and Johnny!!

Fantastic atmosphere day and night, always friendly helpful staff and great food. Excellent for students!

Brilliant food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Loved my meal was amazing best burger I’ve had for a long time. Overall experience made me want to come back again �

Booked out for a staff party!! Great venue great music and well looked after by host Nichole on the night!!

Went in here Sunday early evening. Nobody in bar 3 or 4 couples. Staff very disinterested waited a long time to get served our first drink. Went back for a second but barman was like a snail mooching up and down the bar serving as slow as possible. No acknowledgement to say I'll be right with you or kiss my arse. I changed my mind and we left. If they don't want my money I shall spend it elsewhere which i did. This js the second time it have been in here and suffered this treatment. There won't be a third.

Nice bar to watch the rugby .. service incredibly slow and bar staff disinterested ... it wasn’t busy either

I understand Saturday nights are manic and busy for bars, working in the industry and dealing from things from the other side, and I can say I was witness to a bar with 8 staff leaving people waiting for for longer then 20mins, ( only 2 were actually serving) not due to a mass of people waiting at the bar it's wasn't even two deep. I asked one lass if she could serve some girls next to be as they d been waiting 20mins, and kept being missed. she just said so is everyone, I asked other girl she just gave me abuse. I'd only just arrived on my night out so was sobber too!! The manager Jay I think his name was came to join in backing up his staff. So that's 3 staff having a go at me for complaining!!! He said well their not complaining to which I did say and say they re not getting any f&@king drinks either. I also said that bar staff shouldn't assume a customer is just a nobody we've most of us worked behind bars. I worked for the drinks Industry as a mystery shopper for years and I've never meet a bar team which such huge chips on their shoulders, lack of skill and management. I happily walked out, never to return. How much money are you missing out on by running your bar this way? Do your maths rather then going three staff on one sober customer. Don't go for a night here with out your carry out or hip flask.
