Top-notch Customer Service! I had purchased an Oddball Sherman from a vendor in US and, upon receipt, I found it to be missing a part (the loudspeaker). I immediately contacted the store where I had made the purchase and I was basically told, "Too Bad". - I reached out to Warlord directly and inquired if I could purchase the missing part. I received an immediate response from Richard who offered to "work some magic" when I placed my next order. So, after about 2 months, I placed my next order. I figured that too much time had elapsed and that I had lost my window for purchasing a replacement yet, I contacted Warlord again and referenced my email exchange with Richard. Once again, I rec'd an immediate reply. This time, from Lorenzo who picked up where Richard left off and arranged for the missing part to be included, at no charge, in my shipment. My shipment arrived and, lo and behold, Oddball's Sherman now has its loudspeaker and Warlord has my business for life.

Thankyou. Bought some figures from Warlord Games at a wargames show and a part was incorrect. Emailed customer service and received replacement item within a few days. Excellent service as always.

Placed an order through warlords website and has some issues with UPS shipping the package. The people at Warlord Games were awesome in helping sort out the shipping. Great customer service.

Marcus Karcuss My Box of British 52 and Zulus 160 (Natals 64 minus every Conversion) with bits and Pieces (free three Roman thingys), took a Time Machine and were there before i ordered them, Impressed (as with my Cheap as Roman Starter Box) All I need Now is the Command for the British , Oh look there is the Rorkes Drift Box ..... No the Other One, Sorry the Zulu special will be Retabling the dead, How can i paint 1000 Zulus when i have all these Romans and Napoleonics......................(Hee Hee)

I recently ordered some items from the online store ( order # ORD050884 ) and was missing two sets of decals item # WGB-DEC-047 , I can understand and I think its a easily fixed problem but the contact information from your store web sight and from the information from my order infoatwarlordgames has not worked on several attempts to contact you and being international calling is not the best option . I do not want to give a bad review and I think this is a very easy fix but until I have a working email I can contact you with and my order is incomplete I have to give a lower review . I quickly got several responses to my review and was able to quickly fix and resolve the minor issue I had I know I will order from Warlords games again in the near future !!!

I bought the MacDonalds Farm package (1 x barn, 2 x animal frames). When it arrived there was okay 1 animal frame. I sent an e-mail which was responded to within the hour. Next day the missing frame arrived. Awesome customer service (and an awesome deal too).

Got a decent order delivered today, part of the order was the Ancient British hunting party for Hail Caesar. I feel like a thief as I cannot believe how much you get for so little money. Best value I've ever had in the hobby.

Excellent games, excellent miniatures. Kinda concerned seeing the prices of the Test of Honour minis creeping up there over 30 bucks for 7 minies....come on guys! Everything else has been great, high quality and good customer service.

Despite promising myself not to add to the lead and plastic mountains ... I fell off the wagon with Warlord's offerings for their 10th birthday. And I am really pleased that I did. Excellent miniatures, at a great price (with both the weak Sterling and birthday offers working in my favour), and a turnaround that could not have be any quicker had I opted out of the free postage. Excellent! Now to find the time ...

Bought a Banzai army box from a brick-and-mortar in Australia and discovered that the turret and metal parts for the resin Chi-Ha were deformed from casting. Warlord dispatched replacement parts once I'd contacted customer service and provided photo evidence, even though they said it wasn't standard procedure to do so. Wonderful service and I highly recommend them!

Big thanks to the two chaps manning the HQ store today. Me and my buddy popped across for a bit of a shopping trip today and an enjoyable time was had by all. Some good banter, swapping painting tips and an invaluable discussion about hiding purchases from your significant other.

A really great service from the team at Warlord. Such an exciting range of WW2 models for the warmer and the modeller. Ordering from the website is hassle free and yes the odd mistake occasionally happens (once in nearly a dozen orders) but these are sorted quickly. Lets hope they can start producing Horbarts funnies in the range to enhance the D-day scenarios

I would say overall the company is great! Their customer service is stellar, their products are solid and their game systems fun! Would recommend any of their games to a friend or someone looking to get into the hobby.



However I must say if they were to improve in one area it’d be packaging. Just received a Successor Army starter for Hail Caesar today and the metal contents of the blisters were all over the inside of the box. The blisters are just not strong enough to hold those metal bits through shipping. No real damages, just a broken horse tail, but it’s far from the first time such an incident has occurred to myself or a friend. Just a little annoying when you pay the money for big sets like this and they just seem so haphazardly thrown in. Packaging would be my main critique, otherwise keep on keeping on!

Minis are great but I've been trying unsuccessfully since Feb 3rd (3 weeks ago) to find out some information about Bolt Action. Specifically why there are very obscure lists but nothing for a TOE accurate U.S. Armored Rifles platoon. I was told on the 3rd they would look into it, message since was read, no response.

£10 for priority shipping that was non-optional. I’d expect to at least hear about a dispatch within 5 days. This is not the first time I have been very disappointed at the standard of the shipping from warlord games. Customer service has been helpful in the past but I’m getting a bit tired of chasing up every order after paying expensive shipping rates.

Still haven't received missing pieces from the Berlin collectors Edition Set. I had sent an e-mail last December 13th. Also, just purchased the Soviet T-34/76 Platoon and realized the it has three missing tank sprues. Is this normal quality control from them?
