Well Frank (I haven't got a flippin' clue) Innes Marketed my house for 3 months and I had no offers or 2nd viewings, I saw Watsons on Facebook and was Intrigued, I must admit I was a little skeptical as they were a new start up but my skepticism was clearly ill founded. After speaking to Sheree on the phone and learning of her lifetime of estate agency experience coupled with Wills years of valuation experience and a strong sales background I certainly felt more confident. The wife and I popped in to Kimberley to meet them in person, we found them very professional and very personable, not your usual estate agents that's for sure. We listed our property with them and had a 3 viewings booked in the first weekend. So I handed the property to Will and Sheree at Watson's. They offer a friendly and inclusive service that shows how much they care. They produced the best photos that I have ever seen and most importantly they found me a buyer within 2 weeks of instruction.

I requested a valuation recently making it clear that I am not moving and only wanted a figure for financial reasons.

Only expected a quick glance round the place but instead Will did what I assume they’d do for all ‘proper clients’ and measured everything. He then sat down and went through the factors that affect the value and gave examples of similar properties that are or have been on the market recently.

I also got a written confirmation letter at 7pm that evening of the value.

I know that this is only a very small part of their job but if they take that much care and effort with the rest of the process as they did with my valuation even knowing they had no immediate business to come from it then there won’t be anyone else selling my house whenever the time does come.

I requested a valuation as we are deciding whether to move or not. They came and did an excellent thorough valuation and explanation of market factors, and similar properties in our range. Very professional and friendly.
