Today we have been working on a customer machine and diagnosed a motherboard failure. Unfortunatly the old motherboard is a long obsolete Intel socket 1156 which are no longer in production. We have done a full data recovery,replaced the motherboard, processor and ram and done a full rebuild. We will now have one satisfied customer and another successful repair. This is just one example of the many repairs we carry out on a daily basis.

Just received my PC back after an overheating problem- turned out to be very little, but they fixed it and all for free. I purchased the System over 3 years ago and it has never let me down. Thank you, chaps. Highly recommended.

I have two WS boxes, the first of which has now ceased working; nothing screens up, a brief disk light flicker though the fan spins. Message on WS answerphone indicates they're now under new ownership. Where this will lead ?? Generally, hitherto I have found their service pretty good. If I need to replace my ailing box, haven't a clue where else to go.

Since being taken over by the new management, a new website design seems to have followed. Now it seems like you don't list hardly any choice in stock, not even listing any CPU prices. No way am I ringing an 0845 number now just to speak to someone. Sort your price list out asap.

These have had my business for the last 10 years buying my first PC with them at the Eastwood store. Some of my family and friends even longer than that.

I've been continually let down. in the last few months I've asked 4 times for a price on something as they said they'd get them in for me. I've been let down each and every time.

I was looking at spending around £1200 on a pair of high end monitors and some high end storage so it's not like i was wasting their time with a USB lead or something daft.

Terrible customer service with no effort made to keep you informed in any way, including on a repair i had with them. Be prepared for it to go over their time slotted and chase them throughout the whole process if you want to know whats happening with your machine.

Poor stock options with a distinct lack of interest in getting exactly the parts that are required.

This is not a store i will be visiting again.
