Here at the Wellbeing Clinic, we love talking about and sharing all things #wellbeing. From juicing to natural pain relief, from great massages to meditation, we're open to it all whilst still having both feet firmly planted on the ground.
We're believers in the connectedness of mind, body and spirit, and the importance of nurturing all three. We also know what it's like to lead busy family lives, so we haven't got time to preach or reach impossible goals. We've spent years experimenting with, learning and practising a wide range of approaches to health and wellbeing, so we have plenty to share with you.

Just had my first Chiropractic appointment and can already feel the difference in my neck, looking forward to my next session
I've had backache for months, visited Pete yesterday and my upper back is feeling 100 times better now looking forward to visit number 2
I have just got home from my first ever hot stone massage. I have a very hectic lifestyle that results in high levels of stress that leaves it's mark in my shoulders, neck, back and hips. Marie was amazing, it's been many years since I have felt this relaxed and pain free.........I can't thank you enough!
Had an amazing aromatherapy massage today with annice, really great.....I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! Totally recommend it.
Had an amazing 60min Swedish body massage at the clinic on Saturday. Felt so relaxed, was trying not to fall asleep. After the massage I could feel all my tensed muscles have relaxed. Felt so much energetic throughout the day. Thanks Annice for the lovely massage, will definitely come back soon.
Following recent events I'm attending the clinic for councelling. The sessions I have had so far have been extremely useful with understanding and knowledgeable staff who can quickly help you get things into perspective and help ease worries. Feel much more at ease after each session.
