The GDPR will be replacing the Data Protection Act 1998 In anticipation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force on 25th May 2018. And in order that we comply with the regulations, Wellingborough Kempo Karate Club have developed a privacy policy document which contains information as to how we use your data.
... A copy of the document will also be made available through our website upon request.
As you know we keep in touch with club members by emails and or FB page, therefore we are now getting in touch to seek your permission to continue to contact you via email with relevant updates and information from the Club.
You will be able to contact us at any time. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to receiving emails at any time.
Please note: If you do not consent either via the new membership forms, FB or email or in person to receiving emails, you will be unsubscribed from all future emails.
As a Sports Club, we must ensure the personal data we hold about our membership is: • Secure • viewed only by those who really need to view it • limited to what is needed • accurate • up to date • only kept for only as long as it is needed • deleted / destroyed after a period of time • available to be seen by its owner on request • not shared with 3rd Parties unnecessarily • easily amended if incorrect

Just a reminder, it's Bo tonight so bring yours along if you have one

Don't forget to watch if you get the chance today the 100K drop channel 4 at 4pm hosted by Davina McCall. Former Kempo student Julia Richardson and her son Luke are competing to win 100k. so cheer them on 😀

For those of you Seniors who didn't make it last night session, next week's training is weapons so please bring your Bo if you have them. For those who don't there will be a few spare.

Looks like it's going to be pretty warm this evening so please make sure you bring plenty of water for the juniors.

Hi All, Just a quick note to say that there is training tomorrow 29th March. We then have a break for a week so there is no training 4th. April. Training resumes on Thursday 11th April.

Due to the weather conditions and advice from the school, we have decided to cancel tonight's training. Please inform any other parent you know who may not see the post. thank you for your support.
