Took my children swimming today. Shelley on reception was really welcoming and friendly. Place was really clean and little pool nice temperature too. Excellent value for money and lovely staff

User

Synchronise swimming with Debbie was fantastic for the girls this morning amazing teacher thank you

User

My 5 year old goes to the kids club here during school holiday and the staff are fantastic and so friendly he loves going there it’s great they know his name. He also goes swimming here and the teacher is so patient and brilliant!!

User

Lovely, friendly staff. Gym facilities are great and there is usually someone on hand to help if we're wanting to try a new piece of equipment and need instruction. We also swim on Sundays at the Free4All sessions and have always found the changing rooms and surrounding areas clean and fit for purpose. Great faciliy to have in Gainsborough at affordable prices.

I've been attending Everyone Active West Lindsey in Gainsborough for a year as a Swim and Sauna membership. I've just upgraded my membership to join classes, i was encouraged this by the front of staff team whom saw me most mornings going for my swim. Donna (front of house) told me about a taster session - 4 classes in 15 minute intervals. I attended back in May and now i attend weekly classes - HIIT, Pound and Fitness Pilates. From being a class phobia to loving it - this is hugely down to the instructor 'Tracey' whom welcomes you, remembers you by name and is so motivational, you can't help but smile and enjoy through the sweat. She adapts her sessions to all levels and all abilities in that class, so you do not feel new or awkward. Would highly recommend, wish I had had the confidence to of gone to classes months ago. Thank you Tracey, front of house team and the Lifeguards

User

I like going to the West Lindsey Leisure Centre in Gainsborough

I went there when I was very young with William Harrison School and Charles Baines Primary School for swimming and for sport club on Saturday mornings in 2010

I am thinking about going there again this year to get some fitness

User

Having had mixed reviews previously about the kids club this is the first summer we’ve really used it fully and Jessie has loved it. No issues in going, staff have been brilliant and she’s enjoyed the mixture of activities....she talks highly about everyone (2 in particular) and she’ll definitely be back

User

Did the first ever virtual spin class this morning, it was awesome! Definitely what the new spin room is designed for, the screen is huge and gives the customer a sound light n vision work out like no other!! Colin Jackson was also a pleasure to meet ÔøΩÔøΩ

User

Billy no mates here did the 2nd virtual spin class all alone and it was brilliant! The instructors talk directly to you, the music is fab the lights are in sync and you feel like you are part of their big class. If you cant get booked into a live class or fancy a change I definitely recommend it. ÔøΩ

User

We visited as a family yesterday as we're on holiday in the area. Amazed at the wonderful facilities you have and the cheap entrance cost. The three grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool. There weren't a dozen people in all the time we were there.. lunchtime....and a Saturday. I've given it 4 stars not 5 as the snack bar had closed by the children came out so we were unable to get a drink. Staff all very friendly. Great facility....thank you.

User

Swimming lesson our fab staff lovely

Always to hot when watching

To day it’s to much not a fan no air doors need to be open windows anything

User

Swim there every week and enjoy it staff good sometimes think could be a little cleaner maybe ready for bit of money spent on a fefurb. Small pool probably not as clean as main one I go in occasionally with children

User

Great centre and staff but the disabled parking is appalling. Even fitness instructors use them when the car park is busy meaning i have to park as far away as is possible to take my children to swimming lessons and I am disabled and on crutches. Please please sort it out!!

User

Tried to ring up to see if the swimming pool was open because my daughter wanted to go swimming but no one answered the phone like normal so I checked the website and it said the pool was open so I dropped my daughter off to go swimming, and we was told there was no room in the pool and from what I could see there was clearly room in the pool so was not impressed at all by the service.

User

The gym and the classes are great but the cleanliness is disgusting, there is grime all around the pool, the changing rooms are filthy and smell of ammonia near the men's toilets. The spectators area is filthy and the windows are covered in hand prints. Every time I complain I'm told it is being sorted and that someone is coming in to do a deep clean. This issue really needs sorting. Kids immune systems aren't as good as ours and catch things easily. Please sort this.

User

I enjoyed the Body Balance Class, great instructor and went for a swim after, the toilets were dirty and blocked, the sanitary bin over flowing and the other covered in a black dustbin bag. The steam room is out of action again which I was told is the second time in a week. Wondering if there is a drainage problem as the changing rooms have foul smell. Reported to reception

User

Havnt been for a while... but been swimming twice this week ... pool area inside pool and spectator area is filthy ... definitely needs upgrading! Staff and the rest of the facilities are fab.

User

went swimming with the husband and step son.

THe changing rooms was disgusting some sort of sticky residue possibly coke all over the sealings n cubicle doors n walls. wasnt very nice at all. even the youngest commented on how dirty it was. there is no excuse for it being that dirty. we didn't stay long put it that way

User

Disgusting treatment of kids.. one swimmkng instructor off another comes in, no continuity so new instructor went back to basics which has just totally demoralised the group of kids which are a much higher standard. Will be taking this further
