Two more from the specimen Lake not many Fish in there but def turning in to special fish. English and scaly both not been out for year . Avalibilty this year still and next years 2019 #year of the 30s # is now open

Westmoor Farm Fishing is a very clean and well maintained fishery, great bailiff very friendly.



On my stay one of the lads caught the lake record.

Well it is a very clean place the owner is a friendly person the bailiffs are friendly ass well peg are brilliant

This has to be one of the best run fisheries in the area,pegs really well spaced out with a good swim area,set in a great location.Owner Lee is more than helpful,and has a nice tackle shop on site for most things you could need,inc bait etc. Will be visiting many more times in the future.

This fishery is easily one of if not the best in Lincolnshire the fishery is clean well maintained and plenty of water to go at there’s a carp shop on site selling all kinds of things including baits etc and the bloke that runs it is a top guy very friendly and helpful can’t wait to go back

Recently got back from a week on specimen lake,absolute stunning settings and surroundings hospitality was top notch by far the best I've had fishing the lake it's self is out of this world certainly the best I've ever fished would highly recommended it,all in all an amazing few days and will certainly be back cheers for having us 🖒🖒🖒🖒

Outstanding venue, easily one of the tidiest and well run lakes I've been to.



Pegging is extremely well thought out allowing ample water per angler with a multitude of variety to search for.



Very good head of fish and very clean/looked after carp.



The owner is extremely approachable and easy going.



This lake has massive future potential.

Just had a 4 night stay in the lodge with the specimen lake fishing the lodge is amazing and the specimen lake is truly outstanding, a real credit to the hosts Lee & Jo highly recommended absolutely stunning set up thanks again..

Just got bk from 48 hrs on sandpit lake with my brother first time here well what can I say what a beautiful place surroundings lake and fishery the swims are massive wood chipped very clean and tidy and brilliant in winter no mud etc unfortunately no fish this time round but with snow and seriously cold nothernly winds it’s no surprise but we will be bk to settle the score with the sandpit residents in the summer blank or not there is something about the place that makes u want to go bk again and again both lee and his friend Paul who looked over us all while lee was busy could not be helpful enough they really both do bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible all in all awesome fishery very well run and looked after ten out of ten from me see u in the summer guys thanks ever so much for all your help and a special big thank u to Paul for tweaking my rigs teaching me a few new things which I will continue to apply to my angling at Westmoor farm and other fisheries don’t normally receive this sort of help and effort from people much appreciated

Stunning venue set in a stunning location, The setout of the lake and the pegs are something else! Lovely and clean!

Only managed the one but on a bitterly cold January day I will take a 20+ Fish!

Had a tutorial with jimmy Hibbard ( Nash) at this venue and was fantastic caught plenty of fish also had a chance to fish the specimen lake and had a 25+ 22+ and a 17+. It’s the best place bye far very welcoming and peaceful and Lee Pettit the owner always on hand to help as well as his friend Paul. You won’t be disappointed with this venue!!

If you ever need a tutorial ask Lee for jimmy Hibbard’s number best bye far. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a couple of nights, caught a couple of large carp, Great Lake and venue, very accommodating, Lee and his fellow colleagues were brilliant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back again - Dave Broomfield

Lee took time out to show us some of the marks on each peg, gave us tips on baiting and best approaches to the water. Also put the England match on, cold beers and snacks can't fault it!!!!

Great stay and helpful friendly staff. Stayed the night peaceful quiet just perfect and bacon butties were exceptional Paul’s advice second to none . Thanks Lee and Paul carnt wait to return.

Great runs water with some HUGE potential in the future. Lovely and comfortable swims with good amount of water to fish. Lee the Bailiff/Owner is very helpful and easily approachable, i will be back soon!

Cracking place and the owners such a easy guy to get on with! The fish are stunning and growing great! Definitely going to be a popular place in the future! The pegs are immaculate and so is the groundworks really well looked after will definitely return in the near future thanks for having us Lee!
