Wheelys Cafe Lincoln

Hey all please like/share/get involved with the new page Joy Coffee if you'd like to follow my current coffee antics! Now serving arabica coffee sourced from Falcon Coffees at 61 Steep Hill inside the creative wonder-cave that is Bird's Yard Lincoln (every day except Tuesdays currently). Would be great to see some old faces and serve you some tasty brews in the process. Thanks for bearing with the changes over the last few months, Wheelys was a great experience and I learnt a... lot from doing it. As a result I would recommend other young people to carry out the Princes Trust enterprise course, which gave me the kick up the backside to go and do something worthwhile. Changing things up as Joy Coffee was mainly to do with needing new creative direction away from the franchise. I now feel much more purposeful in my approach. The name partly stems from my Grandma - 'Joyce Margaret Imlay Hopkinson' who unfortunately passed away when I was young. Here's a cheeky pic of me with some curls enjoying her company below. (Y) 😊

Thanks to everyone who has visited the new coffee pop-up at Birds Yard so far. Back serving there on Wednesday this week! There is about 20kg of Kenyan Tano Ndogo left with notes of Strawberry, Caramel and Lemon.
