Would just like to say a special thank you to all the staff for everything you did for us yesterday. The food was amazing and everyone kept commenting on how nice it was. Also to the staff that were back and forward catering for our guests every need. Couldn’t fault you. Thanks again for making our little princesses christening day extra special.

Went for a Birthday treat my daughter payed lovely meal great service and had cocktail by one get one free brilliant day outside

We went last night for the first time (although I had been for a funeral tea a number of years ago)

Could not fault it at all

Large menu, spoilt for choice, attentive staff who were very pleasant, food was excellent

If we have a slight complaint (��) we would have to say the portions were too big ...so big we couldn’t manage a pudding !!!

First class (& a lovely place to have our 26th wedding anniversary meal.....no-one knew it was a special occasion) ��

The food last night was amazing � Tried the halloumi and med veg skewer and it was delicious! 2 for 1 on cocktails was also great! The pornstar martini’s were my fave!

Stayed here for 2 nights, amazing hotel, lovely staff, rooms are perfect and food is delicious! The place is spotless and very modern! Highly recommend the white hart hotel! I'll definitely be back!

Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault anything. But far the best hotel, rooms and restaurant area was so clean and beautiful decor.

Staff are incredible. So friendly.

Will defiantly will be returning. This is where my partner proposed to me and where I said yes �

My 1st impression was Wow! It's was gleaming with glamour , cleanliness beyond belief & what a welcome from All! ... the rooms were spotless ,classy and extremely cosy .... only fault was no ghostly visitors .. though my makeup brush did bang onto the floor 3 hours into my sleep ?? I was extremely touched at all the little extras and a full peaceful nights sleep with my sumptuous bed !

the staff were totally 5☆ nothing too much trouble!... I would highly recommend this as a loving treat whilst experiencing this beautiful little town and with Alton towers minutes away , well what more do you really want ... it's worth every penny and the food is just outstanding and yes your tummy is in for a treat If you have the room!.. thank you "white hart" for looking after me and all my disabilities were fully considered ... Will definitely be returning XXX

I usually go in for a soup and roll or coffee during my lunch hour but have also dined there too. The food is homemade and delicious, they have a varied menu for all tastes. Ashley and his team are very professional and always happy & smiling x

Dined here last night for my partners birthday, there was 11 of us and 2 baby’s. We Could not fault anything the food was amazing! I couldn’t believe the size of the ribs for £15 had to pass them round the table as there was so much! Everything tasted and was cooked to perfection and to top it off 2 for 1 cocktails � thanks Ash, Steph and the team!

Booked for a night away for my other half’s birthday, and I’ve never honestly had a nicer stay in any hotel.

The welcome we received was great, and I honestly couldn’t fault the room. Very well decorated, and the bed was amazing, had a fabulous sleep!

The service we received from the very start was spot on. We had a fantastic meal also, top marks for the new menu! The steak was cooked perfect, and again the waitress staff were very attentive. Probably one of the best meals both of us have had!

Extremely impressed with the stay as a whole, and I honestly can’t wait to come back! Thanks guys! �

Ate here yesterday with my family at lunch time. Absolutely lovely trendy but not pretentious atmosphere. Food was amazing quality and quantity. Am already planning our next visit soon. Thanks

Went into the white hart for cocktails last with some friends. I’ve found in the past that the bar service can be quite slow but last night was beyond anything I have experienced before! Myself and my friends must have been waiting for at least 20 mins before even being noticed! The bar was not overly busy so that cannot be used as an excuse. It’s like we were invisible, people who came up to the bar after us even got served before we did. The barman serving us also took my friends card and used the contactless payment without even showing her the value on the screen or the transaction itself. I love this pub, the food and the drinks but it’s a shame the service lets it down so much!

I went for afternoon tea with my two mates the first d was amazing but I have to say the staff are very much lacking in manners. the waitress dropped my sandwiches on the floor and never cleaned it up so we did ! Then no coffee or tea came so we had to ask for that as well .. the food is excellent but the service is AWFUL !

We ate here prior to a night of racing at Uttoxeter racecourse..after waiting over an hour for our food we had to send 2 fillet steaks back after ordering them medium rare they came out well done. We complained and the chef was brought out to us (he was no older than 16) who apologised. As we were on a tight time schedule we didnt have time to have anything else to replace them. We returned here for drinks after racing to what i can only describe as a scene out of a film in which my partner was innocently assaulted. We will not be returning which is a shame as our bill has never been less than a few hundred pounds in the past

I would like to make a few complaints about our over night stay in room 9 last night.





I was disappointed to find that we didn't have enough milk for more than 1 hot drink which was last night so this morning woke up to no morning cup of tea before breakfast. Also I am gutted to find no sweetener in replacement for sugar. On your website it said on the hospitality tray you receive homemade sweet bites which we didn't receive.



Also while laying in bed I noticed cobwebs above the bed, also the sheet didn't fit the mattress which lead me to an awful night sleep. There was no additional pillows in case we needed another for neck problems. And the room was cold during the evening.



If the room was below £50 I would expect this but for a room at £95 I am disgusted at the lack of care to detail and care for customers needs. We had a 4 course meal and a lovely breakfast but as in our room no sweetners on the table by the sugar.

We ate here prior to a night of racing at Uttoxeter racecourse..after waiting over an hour for our food we had to send 2 fillet steaks back after ordering them medium rare they came out well done. We complained and the chef was brought out to us (he was no older than 16) who apologised. As we were on a tight time schedule we didnt have time to have anything else to replace them. We returned here for drinks after racing to what i can only describe as a scene out of a film in which my partner was innocently assaulted. We will not be returning which is a shame as our bill has never been less than a few hundred pounds in the past

I would like to make a few complaints about our over night stay in room 9 last night.





I was disappointed to find that we didn't have enough milk for more than 1 hot drink which was last night so this morning woke up to no morning cup of tea before breakfast. Also I am gutted to find no sweetener in replacement for sugar. On your website it said on the hospitality tray you receive homemade sweet bites which we didn't receive.



Also while laying in bed I noticed cobwebs above the bed, also the sheet didn't fit the mattress which lead me to an awful night sleep. There was no additional pillows in case we needed another for neck problems. And the room was cold during the evening.



If the room was below £50 I would expect this but for a room at £95 I am disgusted at the lack of care to detail and care for customers needs. We had a 4 course meal and a lovely breakfast but as in our room no sweetners on the table by the sugar.
