We tried out the exclusive evening hire for a two year olds birthday party on 14/10/17 and it was absolutely great! The play area was all clean and tidy ready for our guests arriving at 6pm to hop straight in to, the tables were all presentable and the staff were lovely! The lady in the kitchen even offered to stay late and cook for the adult guests attending! I honestly can't fault anything! We were running late packing up and even once it was past 8pm when they were meant to finish, they still had a smile for us and a goodbye when we eventually got the buffet table tidied away and the birthday boy out of the ball pit! Definitely recommend! ┬Ż250 might sound like a lot but you can invite up to 100 children and adult friends/family without having to worry about space! We will definitely do this again next year! Thanks to all of the staff that were on shift that night - you were all super ’┐Į

Visited today for the first time with my 1 year old and a friend + her 1 year old. My child has allergies so i normally steer clear of all soft play but decided to brave it. I contacted in advance and was reassured. I have to say we had a fab time. There was a little food on the floor but staff were on hand to clean it up. I was more amazed that i have never been on a play date ANYWHERE that actually stock Free From Treats... they had a basket full of a variety of milk free chocolate of different brands. This made my day.. normally my child would be excluded from the treats when everyone else had them..today she got to have her own little pack of dairy free chocolate raisons and didnt feel left out. After 2 hours of fun we were all exhausted. Thank you ’┐Į we will definatly be back ’┐Į

User

Take my daughter every week she enjoys every minute of it all the staff are super friendly and great with kids would recommend going to any parent

User

Such a brilliant place to take the children ... We go Atleast once a month as our children absolutely live it there ... The soft play itself is brill lots of things to do ... We don't hear a peep from the kids unless they want a drink or something to eat as they just have so much fun playing ... staff have always been kind and helpful to us so don't have a bad word to say about the place to be honest ’┐Į thankyou ’┐Į

User

Seen a few reviews here complaining about rude staff, so take it from a regular that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful indeed. The equipment is extremely good, though the ball pit for over-3s isn't great as it's enclosed and dark, so older kids tend to play in the pit in the infants' area. This is normally tolerated if parents are doing their job and supervising closely, and if it's not so busy as to be hazardous (which does happen). The food is hit-and-miss and by no means cheap for what you get, but overall most Burtonians (and their children!) would agree that this is far and away the best soft play in the area.

User

My little boy has a dairy allergy and we attended another childŌĆÖs party today. Wild ones completely pulled it out the bag!! My little boy had a separate plate full of dairy free food, a plate full of dairy free puddings, AND they brought him out some fish fingers (dairy free). I was overwhelmed at the effort put in to catering for his needs. I have never experienced this at any other venue. Thanks to all staff involved ’┐Į

User

My daughter always has a fab time here. Since she was 1, she's been going in the over 5s part and now at 20 months, she knows it like the back of her hand and has a fab time running up to the top floor and flowing herself down slides. Food and Drinks are so reasonable here too incl the children can stay however long they like for the same fee. 5 stars definitely x

User

I really recommend these place for the kids ’┐Į they have lots of fun on there ’┐Į we will come back soon

User

Had my daughters party here today, itŌĆÖs the first party weŌĆÖve had for it and it couldnŌĆÖt of been better. The party host was brilliant and did everything that was asked of her and made the party upstairs perfect. My daughter loved her party today and would definitely recommend this venue!

User

Absolutely brilliant... had the best jkt potato I've ever had! The girls on the entrance and front desk couldn't have been more polite, friendly, efficient and helpful!! Clearing tables immediately they were empty... slightly more expensive than the wackey warehouse, but well worth every penny. Well done Wold ones... kids had a blast!

User

We went to a birthday party today the staff were lovely and set up a mat and toys for my 8 month old in the party room to keep him occupied wile the older children enjoyed their party food. Only negative was older children in the under 3 area (the staff did keep telling them they weren't allowed) I guess it can't be helped in the school hols.

User

Excellent value for money. The facilities are clean and arenŌĆÖt a trek from the main play areas. Having the birthday parties on the top floor away from the rest of the playground is brilliant.

It was exceptionally busy yesterday as the weather was horrible but the staff seemed to cater very well with the crowds, my only negative is that is was pretty cold inside even though there were plenty of people in there. We sat for around an hour and a half and really noticed the cold, our child wasnŌĆÖt bothered in the slightest so in all fairness it wasnŌĆÖt a problem.

We had a great morning overall ¤æŹ¤Å╗

User

Needs alot of improving ....place needs a good dust... massive cobwebs hanging from the ceiling...┬Ż5.20 for 3 year olds too expensive and some of the staff are lovely Evie did our party some definitely arent. Two things that really annoyed me when we went upstairs to the party ..looked lovely as ever but hardly any food very sparce and one plate of cakes for dessert. Before the party upstairs we ordered about 12 coffees and cake all lovely and after the party wanted to buy some lunch. There were about 6 of us that would of been another ┬Ż40 for Wildones but were promptly told we had to leave the premises after the 2 hour play session which we have always done but on this occasion we wanted some lunch we were told we would have to leave or pay again even though there was about 10 kids in the whole play area and the staff preceded to frog march us out looked like all wanted to go home early. This is the 4th party i have booked. Will not be returning.

User

Fairly standard soft play. And while you cant give a bad review for other customers behaviour how staff deal with behaviour issues is where lets this place down. Kids will be kids but when adults become abusive i think the staff need to make some decisions on asking people to leave. no rush to go back

User

Two days in a row weŌĆÖve arrived to find it closed after checking a couple of hours prior to going. What is the point in advertising you open until 6 when you constantly close early for the sun! Will be using somewhere more reliable in future.

User

We have celebrated my daughter birthday yesterday, i am not happy at all ’┐Į. They are not organized at all and hurry children with food ’┐Į. For the end, i paid the bags for kids, which i don't even received ’┐Į

Not to mention that, i paid ┬Ż25 for the mascot that spend 10 minutes with the kids ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

We arrived at 4.40pm bank holiday Monday and paid full price for my grandchildren to play untill 6 pm. On entering and sighn in I noticed staff all behind the counter gossiping about customers and not freindly looking staff at all ? There was no supervision for any children. On entering I asked a member of staff if it was ok for my 16 yr old daughter to supervise my 6 yr old granddaughter and 4 yr old grandson and was told it was ok. I assured them she would not be playing on the equipment . I also expressed I would not attempt to go on the equipment due to my size as I'm not a small lady . The children went of to play and my daughter their aunt supervised. Other parents played on equipment with their children. Which I thought was acceptable as no supervision . An older lady with blond hair approached my daughter and said very abruptly that my daughter was a bit to old to be playing on the equipment and told her to get off. I left it untill the end at 5.55pm on way out and had already took the trouble to read the rules which stated an adult may supervise smaller children if necessary. I asked the member of staff for a word and explained that my daughter was not a thug trying to bother or hurt anyone she wasn't a sybling she was there aunty and I was the grandmother and I wasn't happy of her treatment. And pointed out my daughter was 4ft nothing and probably weighed less than the parents supervising their children . The lady turned very nasty raised her voice and said well where do you draw the line . ? I told her very calmly I was going to write this review and I wasn't happy with the treatment. I'm also going to report this to the council as I feel we were treated unfairly and didn't get 5 * treatment we were looked at and talked about and even shouted at . I won't be going back again .

User

Very rude staff I will never return here again Iv never experienced such discusting behaviour from a so called professional place in my life from beginning to end was uncomfortable and very intimidating my matter wasn't resolved and no appoligises the food was cold and they refused to refund but replaced the food for it to be even more cold n a member of staff sarcastically telling me to be carful of the food the second time round because the plates where hot. Not only this but we then noticed what I could only assume as siliver in the food where it looked like some one had spat on the plate we returned the food again and left I will never go back!

User

Came here as a treat for a little girls birthday to be treated by one very rude staff member to be told she wasnt allowed in the 3's and under but would have been allowed the day before ’┐Į the bigger part our kids was so called allowed to play in is dangerous to our younger kids allowing far too many kids in it that are a lot older I seen one little kid stuck in the spider web with tons of older kids jumping about and falling down on top poor treatment never again
