Teresa is a very good swim instructor my grandaughter was very scared of the water when she started swimming lessons she is now level 3 and is doing very good and confident like a duck to water

Such great staff, so friendly, makes all the other centres look so bad. I always come away from this place feeling warm and so great. All in all such a nice place. And my daughter loves swimming lessons. Well done all 🤗

Really friendly staff. The classes are brilliant, great instructors that keep a check that you are doing moves correctly. Paul is a star, makes you laugh through the pain !

Only use the gym so cant comment on much,all staff ive come across are friendly.helpful if i needed anything and very polite.

Gym and changing rooms are very clean and the facilities i use are more than adequate

Only there to give blood, but great location and great service, please take a hour or your time and do something brilliant, next on the 1st December 2017.

My daughter goes swimming lessons here and she loves it... I only have 1 problem which is there is 1 bloke that is ever so rude and not very polite � apart from him everyone else is very polite and lovely

My daughter attends gymnastics and swimming classes and has absolutely smashed her way through certificates and badges, mainly due to the fantastic coaches (Teresa Sheldon and Rihanna Whitley) and facilities.

Attention to detail and cleanliness is a high standard at all times and I love the cafe facilities.

As a family we use the pool and the gym, sign up regularly for the offers and genuinely would recommend to all.

Love this gym! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Good equipment too.

I went to the Inflatable Fun session with children aged 4, 10 and 14. We all had a great time! The staff were really vigilant which put me at ease in case of any difficulties. Highly recommended for some family fun.

I love it here! My kids do a lot of activities at this leisure centre and I like to do the body combat class. All the staff are lovely xxx

Friendly welcome from helpful reception staff. Swimming lessons are easy to set up and can monitor progression online. Quality of teaching from my daughters teacher is fantastic. Teacher settled her in with the other swimmers and all her lessons have had structure! She is progressing nicely.

All the staff are really friendly. I had a shoulder injury and with the knowledge of the trainers I was able to get back into exercise.

Love it but sometimes music is too loud in the gym

Great centre, always friendly & helpful staff. Although not people at the centre's fault, do find it somewhat frustrating that the opening times for the teaching pool differ from the website. Considering we pay a good price for our membership, you would think some of the cost would go towards keeping online information up-to-date.

Kids love swinging but total shock to see their prices on swim wear for kids and goggles 38 to 50 on a swim suit 16.00 for goggles yet the same goggles and swim wear in sports direct goggles 2.00 swim suit 9.99 a joke mark up silly

Both myself & my wife have been members for 8 years or more The staff are great however our class today was bumped to a cupboard for a better paying conference.

Also my wife tells me there is a design fault in the ladies loos as when it’s busy they don’t flush and are generally disgusting as they are backed up.

So maintenance is poor but the staff are great and the centre is welcoming

Everything went fine until towards the end. Staff started folding tables and stacking chairs whilst children were still in the hall (which im sure is a breech of health & safety) We felt incredibly rushed packing our stuff up and when we was cutting up cake for our guests. Music was cut short. I think for what i paid for we did not get enough support off staff and they was very rude doing what they did at the end. Dont think i will be booking anymore parties in the future.

The vending machines here are the most expensive of all the leisure centres in Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire and now to add insult to injury they have closed off the machine (that charges £1.20 for a coffee!) to make you buy one from behind the counter for £1.95. Really disgusted.

Speaking as a leisure assistant myself, I have never seen such rude staff! Just had my nephews 1st birthday here and everything has been cut short by the staff. Literally stacking chairs and folding tables (forcefully) around toddlers and babies which is a health and safety breech. We had to ask them to wait til we had finished sorting stuff. Scooting us further down the tables when we people were still eating and handing out cake. Never seen such miserable staff. Where I work we wait til they have vacated the room. Rude.
