Recently had two carpets fitted with these guys. From start to finish they were excellent. When we first visited the shop the staff were friendly and helpful. Fitting was a couple of days wait and the the two guys that fitted them were brilliant. Fast, efficient and tidy up after themselves. If you want excellent service, with quality carpets and brilliant fitters, these are the guys!

Recently had our living/dining room carpet fitted by MATT & ARRON & wanted to say what a fantastic job they’ve done! Really pleased with the service we’ve received from everyone at the Mansfield branch & will no doubt be buying from here again. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Just moved house so needed the whole lot doing. Wilsons Carpets quoted me a fantastic price for carpet and laminate flooring and had the lot fitted within a week to an excellent standard. The laminate fitters even moved my sofas back into the living room. Top lads and excellent service, highly recommend!

I went in to the shop last week for the first time and the bloke was very helpful and lovely. Then had a carpet fitted. Very very friendly staff will continue to use.

I originally came to have a look at artificial grass for a new business venture and although I wasn't buying there she then the two lads on the desk were really help full. I came back today with my final sizes and they even cut it all perfect for and loaded it in my van. Great Service would definitely use again. Cheers lads

I bought a carpet on Saturday from Wilsons and had it fitted this morning it looks great I am very happy with the service price and quality of the carpet.

Quoted the wrong price twice for the same room! Disappointed �

I have mixed feelings about this company. The customer service when making the initial order/arranging fitting was okay but the after sales support has unfortunately not met expectations. I had a couple of new carpets fitted earlier this week. The fitters were punctual and efficient at their job. I am pleased with the quality of the carpets that have been supplied and fitted. Unfortunately after the fitters had left (and been paid), I noted that 2 of the interior doors were unable to close due to the positioning of the carpet grippers. All credit to the store, they arranged for the fitter to come back today to look at the issue. Despite the visit, the issue has not been resolved to an acceptable standard and the line being used is that it is now MY problem that the doors are catching on the carpet. There were no issues prior to this fitting and I am now being expected to pay for a joiner to resolve the issue. The solution is to move the carpet gripper a few centimetres but this company do not appear to want to do this. Whilst some of the experience with this company has been of a positive nature, it is very unfortunate that this company do not appear to want to resolve issues that may be encountered after they have taken your money. The general attitude that I have encountered is that this is not the companies problem. On this note, I would strongly advise caution before purchasing a carpet fitting service through this company. I am hoping that my credit card provider will be able to help to find a resolution to this issue.
