Marlon trains hard, focuses on his form and is developing brilliantly. Since training with me at the studio, we’ve been working on his strength and conditioning to improve his running.
Last week Marlon got another PB, his hamstrings have never been so good and we have added 2inches on muscle to both of his legs and we will continue to go from strength to strength.

... Karen shows a smiley and positive attitude at all times. She is incredibly friends, makes others feel valued and welcome in and the studio. She has recently taken on numerous challenges and worked out of her comfort zones, especially as part of TeamWTF that took on Tough Mudder this year. She was dumped in ice water and electrocuted but still completed the challenge smiling.
She is a regular in classes and her fitness continues to improve and develop. Well done Karen, fantastic work and your accolade is definitely deserved.
