This #WorkoutWednesday goes to Hafsa! She is definitely an example for all of us, definitely a true warrior. Hafsa had her leg amputated due to health issues (Thankfully her health is much better now) the main goal is to build muscle and become stronger. Not a bad gym, just a bit messy @ times & Not enough benches or dumbbells, you have to wait around when busy.

After being a member at Brierley Hill gym I tried Nottingham as I recently relocated. I was unhappy with the weight section as the weights were just left all over the floor. The overall appearance of the gym was so disappointing. Thinking this was the company they have let standards in this branch down. Equipment was broken and out of order lat pull down bars scattered around will be canceling my membership and finding another gym. Such a good company but this branch is a let down.

When I first started everything was ok but now to often machines area out of order drink machine is also out of order weights are being left every where so you have to go hunting them down to do your exercises and some extras that you need to have in order to do and exercise on a machine are missing so I’m sorry but I have to rate it poor now which is sad

I mostly use the free weights section, it’s always a mess. Takes a long time to get all the weights together to start my workout. PTs should be on the area if they’re not busy, just to make people put their weights back.
