What a lovely night. The Resturant was full and turning people away and every dish that came out was exquisite. We were able to swap the fish out and choose another dish. The staff were friendly, attentive explained all the dishes that came out. I was very impressed and can’t wait to return. I would say definitely book a table so you don’t miss out if you just turn up as it’s busy for a reason. Thanks Yamas for a great night 😊

What a delightful place tucked away in an unassuming street in Nottingham. We were welcomed immediately and shown to a table where drinks were chosen and arrived quickly. Looking round at the full restaurant it was clear to see that the place is very popular. The menu was extensive and as a picky vegetarian my options were exciting and varied.

The food is cooked individually and once choices were made it was time to appreciate the olives until the meal arrived. This did not disappoint and we enjoyed a wide range of tapas served piping hot and with delicious flavours . Staff were very attentive and our every need was met. A glance towards a member of staff brought them to our table to refill drinks and order coffees. The whole meal with drinks was less than £25 for two and we were stuffed when we left but not do full that we couldn’t move.

Visited the Resturant 22/07/2018 and was made welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Great atmosphere lovely food and great staff it was our first visit and will happily go back soon. Thank you Yamas for a great night.

Visited last night with three friends. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and happy.

The food was amazing, the mezze for four, so much food and everything cooked to perfection.

The staff make you feel special, the atmosphere is just magical.

Pre-booked a table for last Saturday and a good job we did as it was packed. Fantastic atmosphere. Great to also see such a varied age range out, eating good food and enjoying themselves. Fabulous food at a affordable price. 5 Star every time we visit ���

It was our first visit to Yamas after lots of people telling us how good it was!! We where not disappointed. The Meze was wonderful. All freshly cooked and prepared. The Greek salad, so fresh and perfect. The staff where attentive and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I truly love this restaurant. The food is superb. The staff are absolutely amazing. Once you walk in the door the staff are so friendly. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

I really don't have to add anything on here. One of the best restaurants in Nottingham. The service is top dollar as is the food. You just need a sea view and hot sunshine to make very very special. George and the team, well done, again.

I love Yamas and have been coming for years. Once again yesterday I took the family for a fantastic birthday meal. We all loved it including the kids and as usual the food was amazing. We were made to feel so welcome!! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Food & service was fantastic. Very authentic delicious Greek food. Just difficult to pick a dish as so much choice. I had the Mousakka & it was gorgeous & plenty of it. Would definitely go back when visiting Nottingham.

First visit last night and every single dish was delicious! Super busy considering it was a Tuesday but despite this the service and food were spot on! Definitely a new favourite in Nottingham

Fantastic food, every mouthful is something else. The staff are lovely and friendly, there's a really nice atmosphere and to top it off it's really good value for money. My favourite restaurant in Notts!



There's only 1 downside, I came on Tuesday and was really looking forward to eating with you again, but you're closed Monday and Tuesday lunch time

The lunch special is a fab deal offering a mixture of our fave dishes alongside authentic Greek wine in a lovely humble & friendly restaurant. A lovely place with a great menu. So much to choose from. The staff are friendly and welcoming which helps to make eating here an enjoyable experience. Will definately be back
