Yankees Burger Bar Ingoldmells Description
Yankees is a family run business since 1999 with over 50 years experience in the catering trade. With us being a family run business you will benefit from a large range of advantages which you often don’t find in other enterprises. We offer a highly professional and skilled service for all your outside catering events, and are regarded as one of the leading mobile burger van operators in Lincolnshire and surrounding area due to the success of our business and the high quality food we serve.
We trade throughout the summer season ( May till September ) outside the beach gate at the back of Butlins Skegness 200 yards towards Ingoldmells . So we have mainly a captive customer base that are visitors to Butlins as you cannot get access by vehicle to our burger van but you can still have a nice walk down the seafront and have a break and have a relaxing drink before you can carry on.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to apologise for Yankees being closed tomorrow as we say our goodbyes to Richards beloved brother ... 😢 However, we are open today and will be open every day next week after tomorrow so please pop along to see us if you are in the area ... it will be lovely to see some friendly faces ( and our coffee is good 😉) Thank you

Hate saying goodbye to families when they go home 😕 can genuinely say they all become ‘friends’ and we miss them as soon as they are gone .... see you next year ( except for Scott, Jo and family who are being traitors 🤣🤣!)
Unbelievable .... could not believe what We saw today at Yankees... one of our customers read about our sad loss and instantly booked another weeks holiday at Butlins just so that she could pay her respects to Rich and myself.... we are both so very touched and appreciative of your kindness Neeta Rani... lovely to see you xxx
For those of you who don’t already know, we were closed yesterday due to the sudden and unexpected death of Richards brother .... whilst we sincerely apologise for being closed yesterday , I’m sure you will appreciate it was a necessary action to take. We thank every single person who has taken the trouble to message us either by Facebook or private message... Your messages were heartwarming and it is really nice to know that we have gained so many friends through our business ... Yankees is back open today so please feel free to pop by and have a coffee or just to say Hi.... I’m sure Richard would be pleased to see friendly faces ... Thank you x

Ok ..... Friends and followers please help me out here..... As my husband so proudly pointed out yesterday , it was over 45 degrees in the burger bar yesterday and we were cooking ( literally)..... Now, I want to wear shorts but my husband refuses to let me on the grounds that they look ‘unprofessional ‘.... Now I disagree ... surely a nice tailored pair of shorts would look nicer than an old pair of jeans? Can you all let me know what you think by voting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to ...me being allowed to wear shorts? If I get enough yes’s.. the miserable bugger may let me wear them!!! ( love him really!) Come on guys ... get those Yes’s on here for me!!!! Thanks x
