This is my new local pool. Good diving boards (similar set up to current Stevenage swimming pool except with its own pit). Lane swimming is good for attempting to swim 80 - 98 lengths. Lifeguards are quite nice too. There is 1 lifeguard or duty manager who does remind me of one from the Letchworth Leisure centre.

It's my home from home. The staff are lovely. The instructors in the group training for les mills and yoga push you to reach your limits and are more than happy to help you. The supporters are friendly and I have not only got fitter in the past year but also made some fantastic friends.

I joined yahbrough last November and haven't looked back.i use the swimming for me and the kids and the classes are the best yet.woild recomand body combat. Body pump and body attack if you want high impact.the instructors are fantastic really motivated and energised which helps.would recommend always.x

Great friendly place to go to workout or have a swim staff are nice and friendly, willing to help with training just a great place all round and not stupidly over priced like some places

Fantastic effort catering to the Lincoln 10k runners, well organised, and excellent facilities. Looks like a fun place.

Is a good facilities, but sometimes the steam doesn't work like yesterday, should have put a signed that is out of order. Then the other day when I got in the sauna smells ucalyptus and I don't like it. The water in the pool is cold but I do understand that why..I am truly regular to come to this facilities.

I only visited to watch the Roller Derby but on entry the staff were friendly and gave directions to the sports hall. Bit tired looking in places but overall the facilities looked okay. When I return to play and use the equipment will give a more in depth review.

Receptionist was really friendly and welcoming.

Changing rooms were pretty dirty, broken ceiling tiles above the changing cubicles and lights not working.

The pool was freezing!!

Wouldn't put me off coming again but I wasn't overly impressed by the state of the facilities

Once again disgusted with some of the behaviours in the pool from so called 'young adults' these kids were told time and time again about their foul behaviour and rudeness but nothing was done. So sick of it. Who'd have thought a swimming pool wasn't actually for swimming in!?

I have been attending the gym for a few years and have always been made to feel welcome by the staff. However, after a time away, I have returned to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff rarely even mutter a hello and if you- god forbid- were to ask them a question then you are returned with a glare and a short response. I know that this is not representative of the values that Yarborough holds and I hope that these occurrences have been the result of a bad day and this is not the treatment that I will receive regularly. I should mention that there are a particular few who are the reason I am still a member- Chris, Rami and the ladies- all very friendly and interested in the members and their experiences. I really hope that this is a minor blip and not what the gym has become as the family feel was the reason I joined this gym, over the more commercial ones, in the first place.

Came to the cafe on a hot day to buy a drink.. to be told it will be open in 5 mins.. went bk half hour later still shut... went bk hour later still shut.. won't b go in again

what a complete balls up. just been tonight told us about new timetable. should have been told last week not very happy been coming for years on a Wednesday evening with my dad.

The Bombinos Junior Roller Derby team train almost every Saturday through the year, parents bringing skaters from all over the county and beyond as there are few teams like this. So this morning all arrived to find staff at Yarborough have booked the hall out to badminton in error ! Perhaps a free week or refund to all the parents for their travel costs might remind them not to make these admin errors again ?? Appears from reviews to be a common theme for Yarborough �

Terrible customer service!! Will not let me cancel my membership!!!! Allow kids to mess about in the pool so you can't even swim!! Would not recommend!!!!

Terrible ! Got a pointless leaflet through with a 3 day free pass but was told i could only use it if i signed up after so it was more of an obligation than a freebie ! Someone i know was automatically given a student membership without even being a student for £25 a month but they told me i don't get no offers and would pay £31 !! was quite snotty and not helpful at all .. suppose it's down to what staff member deals with you and what they can get away with to sign you up .. but not at all impressed and that was before I walked through the door !

Sports hall has no effective heating for the last two years just spent 2 hours watching my son shiver in 8 degrees. Management is a joke payed for electric heaters that do nothing !!!

I signed my very nervous son up for swimming lessons. Stage one seemed to be excellent and my son loved going. During his first lesson with stage 2 my son nearly drowned and the instructor did nothing to help him. Second lesson was even worse. I was horrified at what happened and how my son was treated. I went onto poolside and removed my son from the lesson!!

I made a formal complaint about the swimming instructor and the response was laughable....

I rang numerous times to try get through but no one answering the phone, tried on a few days I wanted to know about parent and toddler swimming times and if no one was answering the phone I took the risk and went there myself, the lad at the reception told me parent and toddler was on at 12 and it was 11:45 so he told me to wait in the cafe so me and my friend waited there and we went to go pay and he told me he got the wrong day and how little fins is on and they was no causal swim and cause we hadn’t booked they said we couldn’t go, so we was waiting there when he couldn’t be bothered to check as he told me parent and toddler was on, shocking service!!!!
