When placing a booking with us or arranging collection, please ensure that you have your Driving Licence (ID card and counterpart licence) to hand, along with two other forms of identification to prove your name and address, such as a bank statement and utility bill dated within the past three months.

Also ensure that you bring your pre-paid rental voucher and a valid debit or credit card to leave a security deposit upon collection of your vehicle.
