Morning timetable
... Monday 9.30-10.30am YOGA MOVEMENT Yoga movements and breath connection. This class is your wake up and be ready for the week ahead.
Monday 10.45-11.45 COMMUNITY YOGA same format as yoga movement. This class is part funded by Slumgothic /x-church.
Tuesday 7-7.45am AWAKENING YOGA Dynamic flow yoga to kick start your day.
Wednesday 9.30-10.45am CLUBBELLYOGA A fusion of yoga, conditioning and strength. All aspects of this class move with breath. This class is like a gym session with all the added benefits of yoga and power nap at the end.
Friday 9.30-10.30am YOGA STRETCH (new format) Focusing on mobility, flexibility while maintaining stability. This class is like a self massage stretching out the weeks stresses and strains.
Friday 11.30am - 12.30pm PILATES Modern pilates with a functional twist. This class is a great body maintenance class.
Evening Classes Tuesday and Wednesday 7.30-8.30ish pm Thursday 6.15-7.15pm YOGA MOVEMENT Yoga movements with breath connection. Relaxation to finish. These classes are your wind down and get ready for some serious sleeping.
Thursday 7.30-8.45pm CLUBBELLYOGA A fusion of yoga, conditioning and strength. All aspects of this class move with the breath. This class is like a gym session with the benefits of yoga and a power nap at the end.

99% of my yoga pictures are taken by 10 second timer with my phone. I like to use filters to enhance the look of some but not all of my pictures. I feel so blessed to have such a beautiful studio to take my pictures in. And to share my yoga in. Went to Mark with a range of old/current injuries and historic problems. The way Mark firstly takes the time to understand the strange sport I'm involved in and also the way he gradually unpicks all of the problems apart is like magic! I'm seeing sustainable improvements every day and my attitude to strength has changed completely. Sarsha's classes are absolutely wonderful and a highlight of my week. Thankyou ’┐Į
Went for a course for back ache. Opened up a huge amount of thoughts, ways that back pain can be triggered from. The knowledge of the guy and the way he explains things is brilliant. Would recommend.
This is a great place to attend to improve fitness. After three months I can definitely see and feel the difference. Very professional set up and I will be recommending to friends and family.

I went for the first time today on the recommendation of my friend. It has a nice atmosphere and Sarsha knows her stuff. I would recommend it to everyone. Also the decor is eye catching.
I am having treatment with Mark having had pain and discomfort since Feb .. Just had second session with Mark ... And now feeling a big improvement - I have tried all sorts of treatments previous , Mark knowledge is phenomenal ..... THANKYOU
Having been going to classes for over a year and love it. Sarsha runs great yoga classes, and she is welcoming and friendly! She takes into account any injuries or any tightness you may have to suggest modified moves and is never any trouble for her. In a purpose built environment and you donŌĆÖt need to take your own mat as they are provided. Would definitely recommend attending!
Had a really enjoyable morning at Mark's running seminar. So much information not just about foot positioning but also about the anterior and posterior chain and how the joints and muscles work together. Really informative and very engaging. Can't wait for the next one!
Genuine, nice people who's utmost interest is their clients health , amazed how far I have come since I've been going and how my confidence has grown. Something for everyone.
Attended the better back workshop today and it was brilliant Mark really knows what he's talking about when it comes to the human body he's friendly and down to earth easy to approach and when you suffer with anxiety the way I do that's very important excellent workshop highly recommend.
Attended Mark's runner workshop today and found it enlightening! He really knows his onions and has studied with some of the best. I highly recommend checking him out and would love to go back and learn more.
