Yoga Senses offers yoga classes for adults wanting to stretch, tone and relax in a great atmosphere suitable for all levels.
One to One sessions are avalaible for yoga therapy from injury, postoperative, antenatal or mindful wellbeing.

The children's classes are available for local nurseries and schools to book as part of the daily timetable or extra curricular activity.

Monday classes just got bigger! Starting from November 19th the Monday class will now take place at St Augustine's Church on London Road in Daventry 12.00 - 1.00pm The class will still be a gentle start to the week but we'll have more room to stretch and welcome new yogis who have been waiting patiently for a space. Don't worry, there is plenty of parking right outside too. Please drop me a message if you'd like to save a place and join the Monday yogi club.

Wonderful yoga class for all levels. Rebecca is a highly professional yoga teacher and very welcoming, caring, full off happiness person.The atmosphere is amazing, great stretch for you body, much laughter, positive energy from every person and calm relaxation for your mind. I love it !!!

When I started with Rebecca a few years ago I laughed at all the poses and stretches she expected my ageing joints and muscles to do. Now I can down dog, pigeon etc with rest of them, if not the best of them! My back ache has disappeared and balance improved. Rebecca is brilliant I can thoroughly recommend her classes.

This is a great class, I didn't think I'd ever have the nerve to go to a class like this, but Rebecca is very welcoming and encouraging, It is for all levels, all ages, all sizes. You really feel like you are doing something good for your body, it's not too serious, we can laugh at ourselves or with others. It quickly becomes something to look forward to.

Rebecca's classes are superb, everyone is made to feel very welcome and comfortable, even guys who are well outside of their comfort zone.

If you play golf or any other sport it will make an amazing difference to your flexibility.

Increased the distance I hit the ball far more than a new £400 driver could.

Rebecca's classes are brilliant as she makes everyone of any level feel included. The atmosphere is fun, supportive and really friendly. Going to any new exercise class can feel really intimidating especially if it's doing something you've never done before - don't let that be a reason to stop you coming! Once you start you will be amazed at how quickly you see improvements. I had never done yoga before and was nervous after abdominal surgery and various aches and pains if I could actually do it but am already more flexible and stronger after a few weeks. The classes are good value and there really is no excuse not to go regularly as you can swap your day if needed.

I've always wanted to try yoga, but working shifts has made it difficult to attend a class regularly. I recently started having some one to one sessions with Rebecca and I absolutely love it. She gives you so much confidence and is so encouraging and I always come home to a lovely email telling me how well I've done. I now can't wait to join a class. I turned 40 and felt if I don't do it now I never will!! Rebecca made the whole process so easy and put me at ease straight away. Classes push you but are great for beginners like me. I joined up with this yoga class after being told about the benefits it can bring with flexibility. I do a lot of weight training and was in able to even cross my legs without pain in my hips from tight muscles. I’ve bring doing Rebecca’s class once a week now for a month and I’m hooked. I can now sit cross legged with very little issue and it’s highlighted so many weak spots on my body that I can work at. Would 100% recommend this to anyone who has flexibility issues.

I joined cause I had a very bad car crash 3 years ago where I broke my breast bone, collarbone, my first rib, right Femur and crushed all my bones in my left foot, I had real bad aches and pains constantly, I absolutely love Rebecca’s yoga class, it help so much and I don’t feel pain anymore, I really recommend it to anyone who’s had operations, broken bones or fractures

I can honestly not rate Bec highly enough. I started Yoga after a riding accident, and not only did she put me back together again physically, but I found the yoga sessions also helped me with anxiety issues.



When I started, I went to 1-1 sessions and loved them, but I would never have dreamed of going to a yoga class, now I love it when I can fit in a class! The classes are full of energy, I love the buzz of the Friday sessions, and the Saturday class is the best way to start the weekend. Everyone is super friendly, and Bec has an infectious positivity to her can get you through the hardest flow.



Whether you're thinking of trying yoga for the first time or are a yogi pro Bec is definitely worth a visit!

I am so glad about my progress .. its been 16 weeks now attending yoga class and learning from your class my life is way better!!...I can stretched my legs better with out complaining any pain, my breathing is much better , before I had back and neck massage regularly to ease the pain that I'm suffering ..later on I'm searching what to do to help me relax , stop thinking what's going on on my body that give me stress, one day just pop in my mind to try yoga then I ask my friend where I can join yoga..so here I am now enjoying the yoga class every Wednesday and Friday .. I absolutely love my yoga sessions! I started doing power yoga with Rebecca a few years back now, then last year moved from regular yoga to pregnancy yoga then to baby yoga and, 5 months after having my baby boy, have just started back at regular yoga!



Yoga has really helped both my mind and body - it gives me time to focus on me and actively relax after a hard week.



I would recommend yoga with Rebecca to anyone - she is encouraging and supportive and her classes have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Have been going for a month and it's a game changer. I've always considered myself to be pretty fit, cardio wise, and reasonably strong. It's only from doing something like yoga that you realise just how much you've been neglecting your body. I can recommend to anyone that wants to be more healthy, or people looking to address imbalances in their body, flexibility, etc. Only drawback is the amazing chip shop, 1 minutes walk from the Friday class............. Lovely stuff!

Power Yoga Thursday night (sometimes Hot power yoga!), is a bit more of a challenge - but totally energising and with a lovely group of supportive yogis...I’m confident I’ll be able to achieve the more advanced bits with time and practice 😀

Friday/Saturday classes are the perfect way to abandon the stresses of the week, stretch and strengthen, to set-up for the weekend!
