The wonderful Wild Yogi, Wendy Snongjati is taking over the pregnancy yoga classes in Matlock. I am passing the baton, after many years of working with lots of amazing mums. Wendy is the ideal replacement, with tonnes of experience and she's great fun. Her classes will be at The Venue, (opposite the old yoga studio), on Thursdays at 6.15. In February, Simon Barth and I begin the next 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course, and there are 2 places available. This is open to yoga enthusiasts with 2 years of practice under their belts. The format of the course means that you need to commit to 5 long days (Monday to Friday) in February, April, June and August. The cost is a very competitive £1950 which can be paid in installments. Very proud to say that I'm taking my Children's Yoga Teacher Training course to Shanghai next week!

The children's yoga courses are proving to be very popular, which is ace! I'm really really pleased. We had a weekend full of joy in the first part of the March/April course. The feedback has been very positive, and in light of that, I'm scheduling not just one but two more courses this year. Two new Children's Yoga classes starting this week at Play Mill in Bonsall. So, parents of Matlock's pre-schoolers or home-schoolers, come and join me for a fun filled half hour at 2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. The cost is included in your Playmill entrance fee, so it's a bargain deal! Oh and please spread the word.
