We visited Yumi last night for my daughter and her friend's birthday. We were a fairly big party but nothing was too much trouble. The staff were exceptional from the first contact I had making the original booking to the night itself. Each dessert was a work of art (I'm sure they would have a Michelin star for desserts if there was such a thing) and the milkshakes were to die for. We are not local but we will definitely be back when we are next in Nottingham. Thank you Yumi for making our girl's birthdays one they will never forget

Took my son we made our own sundae.. massive variety of icecreams and toppings and sauces, very generous portions and lots of toppings and sauce definatly will return

This ice cream parlour has an amazing selection of ice creams, cakes and paninis. Place is owned and run by a gentleman who is obviously dedicated and conscientious in providing good quality service, good quality product in a clean and safe environment. My family love theor visit here.

Really nicely done decor and a great range of desserts which my children really love! The savoury dishes are good aswell. Definately recommend this dessert parlour worth a trip to relax and watch the world go by.

Quite Simply the best Ice-cream parlour around. The customer service is second to none and the products are varied. Even when I have had to give feedback, it has always been taken very humbly and constructively.



The food/Ice cream is quite clearly made with excellence, the presentation is always beautiful almost artistic. If anybody wants to run a restaurant just look at these guys!!.

Myself, my husband and youngest daughter visited for the first time today, it has to be said it's not the speediest place but oh my it's worth the wait, from the drinks to the ice cream Sundaes everything was fantastic. A clean and friendly place with an amazing range of delicious treats and drinks. Can't wait to go back. ☕ YUMI

Last night we had the savoury food as well as the sweet, it was delicious and I would recommend it! I had a panini and soup which was brill and for dessert the carrot cake ice cream!!! That has now become my all time favourite flavour just wow! Thank you yumi

I took 5 kids as a holiday treat, we felt looked after by staff with sauces etc being served by our lovely server lady at the table to make a fun experience. The kids were delighted. Plenty of ice cream flavour options and wonderful waffles, so much more than an ice cream parlour! Would definitely recommend.

I have been wanting to find somewhere I could take the kids for ice cream for a while now (I blame American movies and the frequent mention of going for ice cream) so I was really happy to discover there was a place that isn't in town and a nightmare to get to.

My 4 year old loved the fact he could choose his own flavour from the cabinet and there was a lot of choice. The panini was delicious, beautifully presented and a decent size. The ice cream was amazing and the service was great. Think we've found out new favourite place :-)

Everything about this place is great. We love coming here.

We take our 5 year old son here for a treat every now and then ! The staff are friendly but also we stayed and sat down for desert once and my little boy needed the toilet but got refused and directed to Asda we spent £15 on 3 deserts and a milkshake .. which were delicious I can't lie , but the toilet decline let them down. Probably go again

Service Could be significantly friendlier and Bubbly. Staff look like they know how to make food but few more smiles and customer service on arrival could be better. Rated on ice cream 4 stars not service. Comments are enough.

Wasn't busy at all , only me and my friend. We wait ages for a coffee which comes spilled all over saucer � , gentlemen at the till was very polite, he try all to make us welcome . I will come back give another go lol maybe it was just one off

Took my family n esp my 11 yrs old daughter, who loves their desserts very much, to celebrate the Eid! We occupied a table that was not reserved! An unbelievable action from the manager.... An act of degrading i took it when he asked my family and me to clear the table we were occupying for other customers which i believe he rates higher ....i felt as if he shitted on my face! My family left the shop feeling very degraded and i went to pay my bill where he tried to reason with me that he offered me a better place..... Trying to fool me which was like adding pepper to the wound! After hearing some strong words from my wife he tried to make amends by offering me no bill to pay which was more degrading for i went in there to eat and not to beg! I believe he needs training to learn how to deal with human beings.... We felt very humiliated indeed.... I wanted to rate your service -100 stars but unfortunately that was not possible
