Went for lunch today with a friend staff were so friendly lunch was delicious what topped it all for me was I was able to take my little dog and he was made very welcome 5 star totally recommend X

We were looking for somewhere to eat and was heading for O'neils Pub when we be-lined for this buzzing venue! We were greeted at the door by a very welcoming host. The place was oozing with good vibes.

There was awesome arty-vintage decor, with cool mirrors and lamp shades, and the paintings were full of charm. The staff were hip and on point and the food was full of taste and nutrition too. A fantastic lunch experience. Thank you.

Was treated with the best service, quick food delivery but the quality was evident. The bar staff were attentive and helped us out with a birthday surprise for a friend. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff - thank you for such wonderful service and see you all soon!

Nice little gem in the middle of Northampton. Got dragged in by the wife for a breakfast muffin and coffee. Lovely friendly and attentive staff, excellent food.

Lovely building. Great atmosphere. Food and service was excellent. Kids menu was perfect for my 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 7.

I been here couple times. Always warm welcome,friendly staff,the food always really good. My favourite the macaroni cheese with bacon. I really like the atmosphere and a sofa was a brilliant idea!!!

Had the best time here a few weeks ago for my friends birthday. Food was amazing, hospitality was amazing, atmosphere was amazing! Loved the cocktails xx

Food was delicious (my egg was perfect!) the staff are really warm & friendly, the atmosphere is cosy and I’m quite comfortable reading my book drinking an extra cuppa. Love that I’ve not been made to feel I’m “taking a seat” as I’ve been here a while now � love this place so much xx

A great, comfortable, kwirky meeting place. I enjoy coming here to catch up with friends as it’s so welcoming and I feel calm.

Food is tasty and it was great to see vegan and gluten free choices to.

Staff are quickly attentive and friendly. Food takes time to come out but it’s goid food for lunch etc.

I Recommend this place for meeting up and lunching.

I have not been here in the evenings as yet.

Really like their food, so fresh, and the decor is really cool. Only gave 4 stars as I prefered their sister restaurant in Market Harborough (named Mercado) but would recomment Zapato any time.

Tapas good very dark and it was only 3pm

I had the ultimate chicken burger average size chicken over cooked bacon Burnt Kino loads better in Kettering and also the one in bedford.Staff was spot on as they are in all of there chain's.

Visited today and was extremely disappointed. Been to the Kettering and Corby branch and have to say that the service was much better at both, Someone from Zapato lounge should visit them to learn about customer service. I know they were busy and staff were stretched, as I heard a couple of members of staff arguing about this, but several people that came in after us got seated and served before us, don't know whether they forget about us? Food took 55mins to get to the table, only after I asked one of the waitresses how long it would be, then the second waitress dropped the food off with a face like thunder and no apology. Some of the staff definitely need a customer service training and the staff just couldn't cope. Won't be returning.
