Lovely friendly service and great food. Desert just as yummy.

Really mediocre meal no alternative to green beans over cooked prawns and potatoes.

Purchase a deal from Wowcher for 3 course meal from the set menu plus glass of wine.

Pre-booked reservation we arrived in time one of the employee put us at the bottom of the room as we was with vouchers gave us the set menu....and we started to wait.

Drinks we ordered half arrived then other half came to(half of the people on the table was stayed and wait for a drink for quite a bit. I ordered a glass of water for my 7 years daughter which never has been served.I had to go my self to the bar and beg for a glass of water as my child couldn't stay dehydrated for so long.Waiter kept ignoring me when I was waiving to find out if we can get a jar of water then and one of the girl came to me in about 5-10 minutes after to say that they don't have a jar available so I have to wait till one become available. I would appreciate if she brings a 4 glasses of water till a jar become available, but....you can't be that lucky in Zizzi Twickenham!. Anyway we finished the starters and stayed on the empty table for at least 40-50 min.not to mention that I had to beg someone to take the empty plates away. When I asked if we can have the mains one of the members od the staff said mains will be served in a minute.Guess what - it was served ONE main out of FOUR.Other 3 had to wait for a good 40 more minutes and one more came so other two waited for about 20 more minutes till the last two has been served and at the end tanager old us we had to pay an extra £19 because we was ordering from a set menu but was extra charge. I just went mad after the service we received and food wasn't that great as we expected.I couldn't finish my one as was way to hot.... any way after I complained the manager the asian lady said she had my email address from the vouchers I gave her so she will contact the head office. I am out of words.Will never go back there. Terrible experience!
