The Beast Training Camp is where beginners or advanced practitioners can learn how to master their own body including fat /weight control, cardiovascular fitness and cross fit conditioning.
Both an online FREE resource centre for anyone worldwide and a Training Camp for local practitioners.

Including but not limited to:

Calisthenics
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Boxing /Martial Arts
Beast Fusion (a mix of all the above)
Movement Mobility
Flow
Dynamics

All are welcome (inductions and consultations by arrangement).

Nutrition accounts for around 80% of your results
Too much training = burnout
Too little training = ineffective
Too much of the same = diminishing returns + adaption

Conditioning is an art - join with the people who practice their work as well as preach it.

A short base intro program will allow anyone to train anywhere at their own convenience at home, in the forest or at the beach or at the camp itself.

BANANA LOLLIES Overripe bananas - These bad boys are full of nutrition and we hate seeing them go to waste as they do ripen quite quickly. Solution: peel, cut in half and place on a tray ensuring they are not touching. Freeze overnight, remove and replace in a freezer bag,(all the segments can store together once frozen). Put back in the freezer. Now you have a supply of banana ice lollies which can be eaten on their own or blended with coconut/almond milk etc to make an ic...e cream. Can You Include Chocolate In Your Nutrition Program?
Indeed you can - Research has shown that higher consumption of a certain chocolate is associated with lower levels of total fat (fat deposited all over the body) and central fat (abdominal).
That's good news for us choco-holics but before you head for the Cadburys bar listen up;
... DARK chocolate is the option. Rich in flavonoids, especially catechins, which have many health properties, including antioxidant proliferation and reduction of inflammation, both of which can help reduce bellyfat.
Catechins positively affect the stress hormone cortisol and the fat-storage hormone insulin, both of which are linked to bellyfat.
You can however overdo chocolate consumption and derail the benefits so be careful not to indulge yourself too much. A square or two is great, especially after an intense workout where it will be sucked into blood sugar oblivion. Alternatively after a meal to satisfy your sweet craving.
