Went to 3B after being badly let down by another van hire company. Have used them 3 times now, the staff are really professional and the vehicles are reliable and well maintained.

Very accommodating at any time, decent vans in great condition.....

Tim and Ross at 3B Vehicle Hire and Servicing really stand out from the crowd. They really make huge efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, the servicing costs are considerably less than main dealers. The vehicle hire which these guys offer is first class, very reasonable cost, reliable vehicles, and full back up of 3B. 100% recommend

I hired a van from 3B when I moved house last month. I have previously worked with 3B and their customer service has always been top quality and it remains. I went to their new Aylesbury office for the first time and it was lovely. They even upgraded my van to a bigger model (which was a massive benefit) at no extra cost. I have recommended several colleagues and family/friends to 3B and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work! �

I have hired vans from 3b regularly for several months now and had my car serviced a well. Really great guys very helpful and pleasant.

I had problems with my brakes last night (Good Friday) and was due to do a 4 hour round trip today to pick up my mother who is not very well. I went to 4 different garages all before 9am to try and get it looked at and they were either fully booked or closed for the Easter weekend. Then I found 3B and gave them a call and although they didn't really have time to fit me in, they made time to sort my car out. I was in such a panic by the time I arrived but Jess and Ed were fantastic, such big smiles and a nice cup of coffee when I got there. Jess and Ed went out of their way to get the parts urgently for me and fitted it all for me then and there. Managed to do my round trip and see my mum and made such a difference to me and her. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you again!

After being let down last minute by a nationwide company 3 B pulled out all the stops and with less than 24 hrs notice rescued our weekend,not only that they have us a great price as we are a charity. The van was a brand new VW and a pleasure to drive. I found both the gents at the point of sale to be most pleasant to deal with as was the young lady who checked the van back in. Great company will only be using these guys from now on would highly recommend !

A fantastic company - completely trustworthy and offer incredibly competitive prices. Won't be using another garage again! Highly recommend.

Worst ever service experienced. Owner calls back after 5 days to patronise me they were going to refund & credit my vehicle hire as their new 9 seater vehicle broke down and left me stranded on M25 with family & kids. because I left a bad review of my experience on the day of hire they have closed this matter without any compensation due to i only had the vehicle for 8hrs & not 24hrs which I leased for.



So basically you robbed my kids of a great day to the beach.
