A DROP OF ARTISAN IN EVERY DRINK
7th Avenue Baking Co brewed their first coffee in 2015, Marc Schroder and Alex Hope created a new coffee hub at Unit 3 Palmerston Street, Stoke-on-Trent. Marc and Alex worked closely with a local artisan roastery to produce a fine Arista Coffee house blend, this gives you the same great taste that you find at every 7th Avenue Baking Co shop. Our roaster has produced fine coffee since 1979, so you know that there is handcrafted experience in each cup.
THE PERFECT COMBINATION
7th Avenue Baking Co outlets are different to other coffee shops. First of all, our baristas are specially selected and trained to produce the finest espresso based drinks. We’ve got a great range of hot and cold beverages, and you can even ask for a drink that may not be on the menu. Not forgetting our delicious waffles, bakes and cakes. But finally, the most important thing is that we care about coffee. Our skilled baristas and award winning roasters are the ultimate combination, produce amazing drinks time after time.
PUTTING THE ART BACK INTO ARTISAN
Hand-making a cup of coffee is a skill and an art. You need patience, practice and time. You’ll be pleased to hear that the 7th Avenue Baking Co baristas are trained to the highest standard, we even have a specially designated training centre where we give our espresso education.
DONT FORGET THE WAFFLES, CAKES AND BAKES
7th Avenue Baking Co works closely with local suppliers to source a range of delicious waffles, cakes and bakes. Don’t forget you pair your hot drink with one of our freshly made treats. The range varies from store to store because we try to tailor a niche product to specific areas, we really do like to keep it artisan.
