abi-K designs limited edition accessories using vintage Japanese kimono silks and premium soft leather. abi-K transforms the 'obi', the formal sash worn around the waist of a kimono, into clutch bags, tote bags, purses, glasses /sun glass cases, cushions and framed wall art. The silks are mainly sourced from Kyoto, and were once worn by geisha's or in formal Japanese ceremonies. No two are ever the same due to the pattern layout, and only an average of 5 products are made from each silk, making your accessory completely unique.
