November has been a busy month teaching little ones to sleep! I now only have three 'sleep support/training' spaces left for the rest of 2018... if you know a family that would like to start the New Year off with a good nights rest, feel free to tag! Gentle methods used, I am not an advocate of 'Cry It Out.' 👶💤

We worked with Alex when our son Charlie was four days old, on the eight week remote package; she came

highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. Alex helped us get to grips quickly with being first time parents and whenever we were unsure In a situation we simply asked her, rather than guessing or Googling and knew we could trust her advice.. We always got a response quickly, even at 3am and felt continually reassured.

We have recently worked with Alex again as Charlie, now eight months wasn’t sleeping well, which with a solid plan in place and Alex available to message continually we seem to be back on track.

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough, she is very professional yet personable and an absolute pleasure to work with - thank you Alex!

Having Alex help and support us in getting our daughter to sleep at night and nap in the day has been amazing. We had 10 months of waking up every 2 hours throughout the night every night and battling with getting her to nap longer than half an hour during the day.



We knew very quickly that we could trust Alex when she visited us in our home. She created a bespoke plan that was manageable for our family and we wanted to achieve. She was always supportive, understanding and showed great empathy. She made us feel at ease asking questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed to us.

Alex really is amazing.



We were having terrible problems with our 5 month old son who wasn’t sleeping much and we were all getting ill as a result. Alex stepped in and immediately helped us in a way that was entirely comfortable to us. Alex did not judge or make us feel anything apart from completely supported, she has this amazing air of calm and professionalism around her. Alex worked with us to help get our son to sleep more and have better sleep quality. Alex stopped me from existing on 2-3 hours broken sleep a night and in just 3 nights had us sleeping all night!



If that wasn’t enough, 2 years later when our daughter was born she wouldn’t stop crying and was very poorly- the doctors repeatedly told me that she had colic or that she was just a crying baby- Alex visited us when my daughter was a few weeks old and immediately picked up on silent reflux and thought she might have allergies. Alex put us in touch with a specialist doctor and nutritionist, who overnight helped our daughter to stop being in pain.



I truly believe Alex is an amazing lady with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Alex has worked for lots of our friends as a maternity nurse and also some for sleep training and her word of mouth recommendations speak for themselves.



I cannot rate Alex highly enough. Alex is kind, understanding, hugely knowledgeable and one of the loveliest people you could hope to meet!

Alex has made a huge difference to our now 7 month old little boy. I contacted her when he was 9 weeks old to help with his sleep and she has managed to get him into a routine that suits our family, discovered and helped with his reflux (which was finally then diagnosed by a doctor) and got him sleeping 10+ hours every night! She was always quick to respond to my queries and even during the night. I cannot recommend her enough!

Alex has helped me with both my babies. She gave me a really practical and useful list of everything I needed to buy before the baby arrived, as well as teaching me so much about routines and gave lots of hints and tips that were really helpful. Alex has a lovely nature, is trustworthy and has plenty of discretion. I would recommend Alex to anyone.

Alex has been incredibly supportive, understanding and knowledgeable and has helped me with any questions or issues I’ve had (and there are plenty as a first time Mum!!). She is always quick to respond to messages at any time, and is just an all round star! I would recommend her to everyone!

Alex has been an amazing support from our initial meeting when Harry was 3 months to helping sleep training at 8 months. She gave invaluable advice about formula options, baby accessories etc. The priceless part was showing us how to get harry sleeping for 12 hours. Incredible! The WhatsApp support enabled me to ask questions for weeks and Alex was always quick to respond whenever I had a question about the routine.
