User

just been to see Santa my 3 month old 1st Christmas fantastic memory his first Santa picture. My 2 year old daughter too scared to have a picture or go near him but happy to stand back and wave. He was very patient with her and an excellent Santa x Thank you

User

Went to see Santa this morning. Seeing him was my son (9), his 2 sisters were there too, but didn't go to Santa as at 12 and 15 they're a bit too old. When it was our turn my son went to Santa who shook his hand, posed for a picture and had a good chat with him. Next thing I know Santa is walking towards me and my 2 girls with my son. He got to us and had a nice chat to my girls and myself and gave all 3 a chocolate lolly. Now considering it was only my son that went to see Santa I thought it was so nice of him to come over to my girls, he didn't have to and most wouldn't of, but he did. One of the nicest Santa's I've been to and a free visit too. Seeing as this might well be our last year seeing Santa I'm glad we chose Freeport to see him.

User

We hadn't been to Freeport for many months but were delighted to find the new cafe by the entrance BBs . Lovely service and lovely food and drink. M and S outlet very disappointing especially the men's almost non existent section. Some lovely shops though especially our favourite The Gift Company. The fire alarm went off whilst we were there and the building was evacuated. This was well done with the least amount of fuss and from what we could see very successfully.

User

We came today to see Santa and I must say, your Santa is by far one of the best around, especially as it's a free event. He's better than most of the ones you pay to meet.

I saw a photo today of a large local popular farm's Santa and it was absolutely terrible, looked cheap and shabby and nothing at all like Santa Clause x

The 3 wise men giving out free reindeer food and sweets to the kids waiting patiently line was lovely too,all topped of with a sing along with Belle

Thankyou for putting this on for all of our children to enjoy

BRAVO FREEPORT

User

Just been to visit Santa with our two boys, so magical and a fantastic looking Santa especially for a free visit. We got there for the opening he came down the escalator shouting to the children, before he started seeing them he chatted to them in the queue and got them all shouting ho ho ho. All the children were so excited. Well done Freeport!!

User

I loved my visit to freeport yesterday as I only went to get some makeup and was served by the lovely Emma in beauty outlet store Emma was beautiful both inside and out and went out of her way to help me she was obviously happy to help and I shall be looking out for her on my next return visit xxx well done Emma for your A star customer service it was a pleasure to be served by you xxxx

User

I have to say the Santa today was just brilliant!!! My son is 8 and I explained that he has autism and selective mutism and wouldn't be able to speak, Santa asked if he knew Makaton and I said yes a bit he is learning, they then chatted using Makaton!!! It was the most emotional visit and my son was so happy he got to actually say what he wanted!!!

Thank You Santa!!!

User

Fab little shopping centre with some great shops , some great bargains and it’s never too busy!!

User

A special thank you to the Yankee Candle shop for helping my 6 year old daughter pick something out for me for Christmas, she didn’t want me to see what she was getting and the Yankee staff took her in and helped her out while I stood outside, thank you so much for going above and beyond for her you’ve made her day

User

I always find Freeport 'hit & miss' for shopping; but yesterday was a good day! The staff at the beauty outlet were really helpful, and helped to make sure I was getting the best of the offers. The body shop is weird in how you save more, by buying more, but the assistant was really good at making sure I got th best discount. M&S didn't have what I had hoped for, and the ladies slippers were overpriced in the shoe shop. The NIke outlet is brilliant for trainers, if your

Not after the latest style.

User

A great place to visit and shop till you drop, however quite a few of the units do change hands and open and close quite quickly so it becomes quite depressing to see so many shut after a long time.

User

We loved walking around the shops it’s a fantastic place to shop but we were very disappointed with the breakfast we had in the upstairs restaurant

The service was terrible the staff were rude and the breakfast was cold and the eggs we’re inedible

We would not recommend it at all

User

Just ok. Disappointed I had a fall there and the security guard was more concerned telling me I couldn't sue rather than getting me an ambulance. As I couldn't get up. I av a deformed hip anyway. They couldn't even be bothered to ring up to ask how I was or anything after he had my details.. And the water that was on the floor they were aware that kids are throwing things on the floor all the time. So anyone a bit frail on there legs beaware cosu wouldn't get any help from them . ended up having 8 weeks off work on basic sick pay. Very disgusted. Not the best way to treat any customers

User

Would be nice if there was somewhere for the fellas to hang out instead of being dragged around every store. A bar with a games room would be nice, then us fella's can sit with a nice cold beer read the paper shoot some pool while our wives/ Girlfriends / better halfs can go and enjoy there shopping without us walking behind them like zombies looking at our watches.

Just my thoughts on a great shopping experience

User

Got there today around 9.50am could not believe the que for the Nike shop. I went in wanting 1 pair of girls trainers. People were allowed to get 30-40 pairs of trainers and rails of tshirts obviously to sell on. Snatching out of customers & staffs hands, Complained to manager to be told everyone was allowed an hour in store. Surely people should be limited to the amount of items not time. Come on guys sort this problem out !!!

User

We were standing in the face paint que for 3 hours and ended up having a rush job done and something we didn’t want. Sort it out with more than 1 person face painting on easter Monday!!!

User

Took the kids to the Jurassic Adventure today and we had been waiting over 2 and half hours to get the kids face painted, which they never ended up getting done! Ended up giving up and going home! Think they need a better face painter next time!!

User

If I could give less than 1 I would, terrible visit to see Santa today arrived before 3pm told we couldn't get in line to see Santa I had two very excited boys 3&6 that were so looking forward to it, your advertising states Santa till 4pm !!!! Shutting the line down with 10 kids waiting was a disgrace we came back the request of the lady security officer 20/30 later to see about fitting us in line, to no avail 3.30 line had 3 children waiting shut it all down stating Santa hadn't had a break !!!!! Nowin all fairness your advertising stated 4pm!!! At this point I had two hysterical very unconsoulable children that Santa/ lady in charge of the que wouldn't let them see Santa , to top it off the last family we saw at the back of the line at 3pm was not the actual last family in the line at 3.30 ,I'm appalled and outraged at the lack of xmas spirit and stoned faced attitude of the Freeport staff my poor boys have done nothing but ask why???? And are we on the naughty list now mummy is that why that lady n Santa did that !!!! I'm disgusted magic ruined & we won't be visiting Santa here and telling as many people as we can about the piss poor service we received today. Regards a very angry mummy & daddy ! P.s We will be making a formal complaint tomorrow as apparently no management on site at weekend!!

User

I will not be going back to Freeport now that they are allowing the sale of hats with Racoon Dog fur on them.It is widely known through much press/social media/awareness videos etc these days just how barbaric the fur trade is.The animals have no quality of life at all. They are treated as "stock" rather than living beings and their lives are total pain and misery until they are killed.

I am surprised and angry at Freeport for their lack of respect for animals.Obviously finances are more important to Freeport than animal welfare !
