If you have or are contemplating having anti wrinkle injections (aka Botox). PLEASE READ. I have recently received information on a couple of practitioners who use Botox for cosmetic treatments but who don't ask their clients to complete personal or medical information forms, neither do they seem to give out any aftercare information. BOTOX is a prescription medication for a reason and should be treated and respected as such - as should our clients. This is dangerous practi...ce and whilst the cost implications may be more attractive, so are the risks you take if you go to a practitioner who does not request this information from you. Is a new treatment on offer. - It's a treatment that doctor's first started using in the 1950's to alleviate their patients’ arthritis pains. Three decades later it became more widely used as a beauty treatment.
Softens Skin and helps with Pain Relief... This treatment is frequently used because the petroleum-based product hydrates and softens skin while coating the skin's surface. It also increases circulation and opens pores, which allows the hydrating elements to penetrate the outer layers of the skin. This makes it great for treating dry skin and moisturizing cuticles.
The paraffin wax is applied by dipping the hand, foot or limb into the warm wax bath 3 times allowing to dry in between layers. The area is then wrapped in a plastic bag and then into a mitt, to keep the heat in for 20 mins of pure relaxation!
This treatment is also very soothing for anyone with painful joints on hands, feet, fingers, toes, wrists and elbows caused by arthritis, fibromyalgia, bursitis and tendonitis etc.

Nothing about this establishment is intimidating and Anne is so down to earth and welcoming that I immediately felt comfortable discussing possible treatments. I have quite sun damaged skin which was really getting me down, Anne talked through various options and in the end I had a series of skin peels. I had been concerned that I would be hiding in a closet while my face bubbled and peeled (we’ve all seen the photos.....) however, Anne’s peels are gentle but effective, didn’t have to hide away at all! I had a total of 3 face peels and have been basking in compliments ever since. My skin has never looked better, confidence raised, good all round. Thank you Anne, for the stress free experience and of course, the great results.
