We are a local, hands-on team with all the knowledge and know-how for short stay success. We focus on providing property investors, landlords and homeowners with unprecedented levels of success whilst giving guests the very best level of service and experience possible.
We accommodate leisure and business travellers from 2 days to 2 months providing them with high quality, fully furnished, fully equipped accommodation.
A full service management company taking bookings 24 /7, we offer a comprehensive service that's completely hands-off for our clients whilst our local team are fully hands-on 7 days a week.
We provide a personal approach for our clients and our guests:
- Every property is personally managed by us including listing, pricing and minimum stay optimisation.
- Every property is personally inspected by us after every guest stay.
- Every property is cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards.
- Every guest is looked after every day: we'll have one of our Property Managers on-site within an hour to help.
We've looked after 45, 000 + guests in more than 150 mid to high end properties. Our expertise, local knowledge is second to none.
