Apostolic Tracts Description
Recently, I was doing some outreach. I had just put a leaflet of religious writing through a letterbox when my mobile phone rang. It was the woman who had just read the leaflet with a question: "I was baptised as a baby. Do I need to be baptised again?"
When she asked this question, it was clear that the woman was not certain. Surely her baptism as a baby was enough to guarantee her salvation?
We should all be prepared to face the truth, even if it hurts!
Being baptised as a baby doesn’t save us. Doing good deeds doesn’t save us. Being a Jehovah’s Witness doesn’t save us. Being a Mormon doesn't save us. Being a Muslim doesn’t save us. Whatever we call ourselves doesn’t save us, but obeying the Bible (Acts 2: 38) will start us on the right road.
