In Greek cuisine, saganaki (Greek σαγανάκι) is any one of a variety of dishes prepared in a small frying pan, the best-known being an appetizer of fried cheese.The cheese used in cheese saganaki is usually graviera, kefalograviera, halloumi, kasseri, kefalotyri, or sheep's milk feta cheese. Regional variations include the use of formaela cheese in Arachova and halloumi in Cyprus. The cheese is melted in a small frying pan until it is bubbling and generally served with lemon juice and pepper. It is eaten with bread. Other dishes cooked in a saganaki pan include shrimp saganaki (Greek: γαρίδες σαγανάκι, garídes saganáki), and mussels saganaki (Greek: μύδια σαγανάκι, mýdia saganáki), which are typically feta-based and include a spicy tomato sauce.

Moussaka is the best known of all Greek foods. Greeks believe that moussaka was introduced when the Arabs brought the eggplant, although Arabs, especially in Lebanon, think of it dish as a Greek dish.

Kleftiko: literally meaning "in the style of the Klephts", this is lamb slow-baked on the bone more then six hours, originally cooked in a pit oven.

This restaurant never disappoints. Helpful staff and a great and varied menu. Beef Stifado, Pork Souvlaki, Patates Me Saltsa, Lamb Cutlets and a Greek Feta salad. All brilliant. Only thing I don't look forward to is the long walk home at the end.

This is the BEST GREEK restaurant in Btighton. Served with smiling faces- the food was prompt, delicious and reasonably priced. U must try the Mousaka! Just how mumma used to make it! 10 out of 10 xxx
