Ashley〙s Hair Salon Cancellation Policy 2019
This policy will take effect from 1st jan 2019
As you are all aware we are always very busy and try our best to accommodate to everyone as best we possibly can. To help improve this if you can not make your appointment please can you let us know.... We require 48 hours notice, although we know this is not always possible but if you can give at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you can not make it. This will allow us enough time to let someone else know we have an appointment become available for them. We can also then help rebook you to a more convenient time, with maybe allowing someone else having your appointment will free up other appointments that are more convenient to you. (Hence we can only do this with notice)
Unfortunately as we have recently had a few no shows with out notice we have decided to put in place our new policy.
*If you miss an appointment without letting us know or give us less than 24 hours notice of cancelling you will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment missed, this will be added on to your next booked appointment. *If you miss more than one appointment (we now have a new booking system that logs no shows) you may be required to pay in full for your next appointment when booking up front and to secure your booking in our diary or asked to pay a deposit upon booking. This will be non refundable for both options.
We may also require deposits upon booking for treatments over a certain amount. Again this will be non refundable.
We do appreciate certain circumstances can not be helped but if you can let us know as soon as possible it will help us accommodate our appointments the best we can.

I couldn't recommend Ashley enough, she has been doing my hair for years and have never been disappointed. If you want a hairdresser that's amazing at what she does, friendly and always listens to exactly what you want then this is the person to go to.
