Joeseph from South London arrived at Lowestoft train station with only an hour to get to his camp site in Wrentham, set up tent, get In his suit and get to a wedding in South Cove. Gave Joeseph a hand to pitch his tent and he arrived at the wedding with 15 minutes to spare. I thoroughly enjoyed this job.... How's that for customer service?

Top driver... Gotta say the App for atlas is far better than any other competitors app. Clear and precise and notifys you at every point of the way from being on route, to being outside and dropping off. I'd rate it higher than 5 if I could :)

Think this was probably one of the first times I have gotten in a taxi and actually paid the fixed amount I was texted. Would seem with other firms the 'fixed price' is more like a guideline. Fantastic service.

They are the only taxi company i used. I like how they text you to let you know who is gonna be picking you up and what car plus telling you how much your fare is

I’m a returning customer to Atlas and cannot fault them at all. Taxi arrived early, driver didn’t mind having to wait a few minutes. Really friendly driver, happy to help and cared. Plus cheaper than other taxi services in the area to Norwich! Brilliant can not fault.

Got a taxi from Yarmouth to Carlton Colville with Maria and she was an absolute star! She’s taken me home before on my own and made me feel very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

A really professional and friendly service.

Had an important meeting in Norwich at 1030 today. Prebooked cab for 0815 to rail station. Told 10 min before they couldn't get to me due to school run.

Not impressed, some of us rely on can be to get to work due to crappy bus services.

Now I didn't take a taxi but used to use you on a regular basis before I passed my test but I will not be recommending you anymore after the dangerous driving I saw and was apart of yesterday I'm disgusted! Not only did your driver put myself and herself in danger she put one of your passengers and my TWO YEAR OLD SON in danger! If your driver doesn't know what Lane to be in on the the bridge they shouldn't be driving for you! There is absolutely no excuse for dangerous driving!

I’ve been using this company for many months and every day and they never let me down until today. My taxi arrived then my 2 year old little boy on is way inside the car touched the back seat with his shoes (bare in mind that his only 2 and don’t get easily inside the taxi like an adult does). Automatically the taxi driver turned back and shouted with my son saying he couldn’t touch the seat with his shoes because they are really expensive seats. Don’t take me wrong I do recommend the company but I do not recommend the taxi driver with a White Mercedes E220 AMG Line, Reg No. FY64 NDZ. With the name toprak. No company’s need people like that, you should chose your drivers better.
