So last night was the moment of truth....the last weigh in before baby arrives!! 💪👍! Here are some pictures, the big one was last night and the others were either before or after my last two pregnancies with Harry and Rosie! When I started at Slimming World in January 2013 (Rosie was just 4 months old) and I weighed 13 stone 3lbs! I recall being 15 stone when I went into hospital to have her. Last night with just one week to go I weighed 12 stone 10! we don’t usually mention ...our actual weight but I wanted got share the difference food optimising has made this time. My pregnancy has been much healthier from the start and I’m in a much better place to get back to target! My goal is by Christmas!!😍
The message here isn’t to show how I am doing really, i know it’s not easy and seeing the scales go up and slowly packing away my clothes that once did fit into boxes is hard. What I am trying to say is that if you have a dream, we can help you achieve it! Never ever give up on that dream! No matter what anyone says, you can do it!! There is no better feeling once you get there!! Let us help you achieve your dream 💪😀👍❤️
