Very responsive dealer compared to others I contacted for the possible purchase on an R1200GS Rallye. Took a decent length test drive and ordered there and then, also great advice and help with the accessories needed for touring in any weather....

So on route to my Boys Bike trip I got a puncture to the rear tyre in the 3rd lane of the A1m just before the A15 at 1615

Got to hard shoulder made two attempts to plug it

Second one part worked

Rang Balderstons BMW in Peterborough who agreed to stay open to fit a pair of tyres was only 3.9 miles away got half way and it deflated fully

Rang them and they sent a van out to recover the bike and carry out the repair

All fixed great service and a free coffee as well

Highly recommended

Service team fantastic - even got a bit of discount .........which was soon reclaimed by Michelle who showed & sold me the new Enduroguard Jacket she happened to have in my 'short fat person' size.

Free wi-fi, coffee & choccy biscuits even allowed me to get some report writing done while I waited.

My husband is always impressed with the service given by the staff. They always greet him by name and with a hot kettle. He has had two bikes serviced there and bought his latest bike from there just over a year ago.

Loves it a lot and will continue to use their great service.

I have been riding bikes for over 40yrs and can quite honestly say that the service I receive from Balderstons is of the highest quality. I have bought 3 bikes from them in the last 4yrs and doubt I have finished yet.

I always had my previous GS serviced by Balderston so when it came to buying a new bike they were the obvious choice. Special thanks to Matt Dan and Lisa yesterday when I picked my bike up.

Had my S1000XR serviced on Saturday the 16th. Great service by the hole team. While I was there also purchased and had a new top box fitted.

Great bunch of guys and girls always very helpful.

I always receive a top notch service from them when my bikes are in for service and tyres etc, Gary always looks after me.

Love the Choc biscuits guys but the new paper cups need to go � bring back the mugs I say!

First time here. Booked in a week ago. Walked in, Hello Mr Roome, we are expecting you. Took key, asked for service book, erified my number, took helmet and gloves off me. Said it would be 2hours ish as per previous phone call and suggested i go fo a big breakfast a 5min walk away at Dobbies. Did just that, came back, paid and off i went. Easy, easy, easy. Why cant alll BMW main dealers be like this.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Free tea, coffee and chocolate digestives. Beautiful bikes and top notch kit. What more could a biker want?

Called into showroom to have panniers fitted to Macs new bike. Staff are welcoming and we were made to feel comfortable. Its great that you can help yourself to coffee and biscuits and chat to other customers whilst waiting for you bike to be done. Nothing is too much for the staff.\great atmosphere and top marks to the Team

Called in totally on spec whilst holidaying in the Caravan nearby, I have an RT at home.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, I looked at the bikes, clothing, and the display if old bikes upstairs - so engrossed I forgot to get a coffee!

I realised I had met Lisa befordcthrough z mutual friend and we had a good chat! Very welcoming if you are in the area - right next to the Serpentine Green shopping centre in Peterborough.

Called in today for an annual service on my K1300S Motorsport after the other main dealer that sold it to me let me down by not doing it, Balderstons have saved the day yet again!

Great new look showroom, superb 2017 bikes arrived today too, only thing better than these two is all the staff, Dan, Chelle, Dave, Tony, Garry...each and every one of them just can't do enough for you, never going anywhere else again #awesomeservice
