Baps and Wrap is a catering food van, bringing you a taste of American BBQ pulled pork and brisket baps, chicken wraps and premium breakfast food.

Baps and Wraps is a catering van at Southfields in Burrowfield industrial estate welwyn garden city (inside the hand car wash car park). We cook slow roasted pulled pork and brisket and serve with homemade BBQ sauce and coleslaw. We also do Jerk, Peri Peri, Lemon & Herb wraps (all sauces are homemade). We also do premium breakfast food eg. Wild Boar & Apple, Honey & Mustard Sausage sandwiches and homemade burgers. We also have the usual bacon, eggs and cold sandwiches etc. All produce is from top suppliers and are of the best quality. We can cater for parties, venues, fetes etc. So why not give us a try?
